This is a great phone period. You can pay more to get the same performance...but why? Yep, that's what I say. This phone works better then my last galaxy 5s. I ordered the 64g version. This way I would not run out of space, also added a 64g card for videos and images. I LOVE the "chop chop" function to turn the light on. Twist Twist....SNAP! Pictures come out great for close ups. Action shots....get an SLR camera, that's what there made for. This does better good front and back shots. Ssllllooowww-mmmoooo is fun to use. Panoramic....WOW! I also love how this phone takes perfect 360* images. Would I recommended it? YES! If you wish to save funds and blow it on better things in life than electrics that break and get outed really fast. Enjoy your MOTO!
Love my new Moto phone! First time I bought a new phone outside the carrier and I couldn't be happier to not have to pay 350+ for a nice smart phone. Did have to take it to VZ and have them put the SIM card in which was no charge. All my apps transferred over fine. The camera is awesome and the duo app lets you talk 'live' with video. The shipping was fast no problem. This is my first Jet purchase I'll bb.
I'm very happy with my Moto g5 plus, amazing, beautiful
This might be the best phone for the value I've ever come across, and Jet.com had the best price on the internet! I already purchased a Moto G5 Plus a few months ago, and when my daughter's Nexus 5x died (again), I convinced her to buy one of these. She's not disappointed in the least. As the headline states, this phone really may be a game changer in the mobile phone industry. Affordable phones with mid-level specs will hopefully start really coming to the forefront!
I've had the g5+, 4/64 GB for several months and I'm still somewhat amazed at the overall performance. Fast, easy, customizable, and tough. With 170 apps installed and some of them Big, somehow it keeps 1 gigabyte or more of RAM free. The camera delivers good enough for me, photos through a telescope came out better than I expected. Can't complain about the battery, lasts most of the day with fairly heavy use. Streaming from Netflix is no problem. Looked at the G6 for a second phone, not sure that I like what is available now. I know what the G5+ can do, I'll stay with it.
I use Motorola from the motog 2 generation, my experience is great, only thing to complain is due to the outdated android, version 7.0, faster updates would be the best thing, congratulations to all of you Motorola team for having managed to make uk smartphone cost x beneficial.
The battery life is amazing! (I get about 36hrs of use if needed) and It charges back up so fast! About 2hrs from 3% left. Twist camera activation is far more useful than anticipated. However, the shake to activate flash light is my favorite. I only wish I had more Mods to report on for review. The Mods are worth looking at twice. If you hear my meaning!
I activated a month ago. So far so good. It should really have a notification light. I am very disappointed with the fingerprint unlock. It seems that you can't use it without also adding pin, pattern or password which defeats the purpose of it.
I have had this phone for a couple days it's a decent phone but the shutter speed is slow . It will mess up the photo at tmes but it takes excellent photos most of the time. The sensor is very sensitive at times sometimes moving the camera just a bit can be the difference between a good photo and a bad photo. The phone is snappy and handles games well speakers are good. The battery drained easily at first but after some updates and turning on battery optimization. I can get 7 hours of screen on time with heavy use. Everything about this phone is perfect except for the camera. It takes bad low light photos has trouble focusing at times shutter speed is slow sometimes and the sensor is quite sensitive. I do recommend this phone but I have ordered the Moto g5 plus to try out and see which one is better for my usage. I admit this phone seemed too big at first but after using it I got used to the size especially after putting a case on it I love it. That being said if the normal g5 plus doesn't have these issues I might switch to that despite having a smaller screen.
Overall quality of the phone is good. The phone itself is pretty big o fit in pocket but other features are good like 2 days battery, dual camera, etc.
