Went through 2 other cameras before getting the one I actually wanted (had to get it on line, not in store). Was worth the effort. I have a one year old (our only child) so always taking pictures. My sister has one just like it and we both love the camera. Takes great pictures and has movie feature. Great compact camera. Got it on line for less than in the store too!!!!
I hearty recommend this product. looking good, Auto focusing feature fantastic, Picture quality best. Cheaper (12 mp in $146!!!!) Video Recording feature best..I hope u don't need to buy camcorder..
This is a very user friendly, compact digital camera, which shoots high quality pictures, and has all the standard features of a high end digital camera. The price is fair and I am happy with the product.

I always love Sony cameras. I bought camera for a vocations. it is a great camera with excellent result. if the company provide an extra battery with every camera that will be great in vocations.
This is my first Sony camera and I absolutely love it. Before this I'`ve had bad experiences with Samsung and GE which is why I turned to Sony. I used a Dell coupon and it cost me $152.99 with tax. The picture quality is amazing and I particularly like the Smile capture feature. It uses a Pro Duo memory card which is a little more expensive than a standard SD card but that it so worth it. Overall An excellent camera for around $150.
This camera takes great pictures and it has great features that my last camera didn't have, as far as editing options. I have more to learn as far as using it, but in the little time we've had it I've already taken almost 100 pictures. I have 2 kids and I love taking pictures of them. This was a great buy. My husband also uses it occasionally for work, so we're both enjoying it and making good use of it.
I always like Sony for their cameras and this is no exception. We had been trying hard to getting a smiling picture of our new born but with this camera we are getting a dozen (even more) in a day. It is worth for the money invested. I got it for $157 in dell using a $25 coupon. But today it is still by $10. That is how the electronics world is. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who needs camera to just shoot and store life's precious moments.
Pictures are great and sharp Good features except for the small navigation buttons. It's difficult to press or turn. The battery life is also not that good, but for average users that will be sufficient. Here are some of the pictures I took in VGA mode.
This is a very nice camera especially for the price...the only problem I have had is that you have to charge the battery pretty often if you use it over and over again as I do so that makes it an inconveinance if you are away from home and the battery goes bad and you can't just throw in some AA batteries.
