Every day I have a big bold movement like these. Don't hurt your stomach or anything. They help a lot in regularity and they definitely keep you regulated and cleaned out every day. They don't dehydrate you or anything either. Definitely gonna buy these from now on.
...and it works so well, I stopped seeing him so often! I have, or had, chronic ulcerative colitis, psoriasis, arthritis... three illnesses found often together. At least I have ONE of them under control. Increased fiber brought my cholestrol and IBS symptoms down. In fact I quit the meds for both (also had to cut out hamburger, but not lean meat). Compared to psyllium, this is better tolerated. Metamucil capsules actually triggered colitis attacks due to the rough nature of the fiber. The doc referred to this by the brand name, that's more than twice as much... Citrucel. Recently, to improve things even more, I added the powdered version to my protein shakes - makes it thick, smooth, like a thick ice cream milk shake. So less pills to swallow. HIGHLY recommend for chronic pain pill users, people who don't eat enough veggies (take a multivitamin too), as well as IBS sufferers (coliltis, crohns).
Love the convenience, so easy to take. More than convenience, love the effectiveness. I've tried many different products but these seem to be working the best, I will be purchasing again.

I had a lot of issues with my digestive system and I had difficulties being regular. I have been taking these fiber caplets for close to a month now and I can tell a big difference with my digestive system. They won't magically work overnight, you have to take them for a while before you notice a difference. I only take 2 caplets a day, around the same time every day and they have really helped me. My stomach used to feel kind of knotted up and weird but it feels much better now.
This is a good product for daily regularity. I have found that it's important to take it with food. Using it on an empty stomach caused me discomfort.
It works well for constipation. Handy to take when on-the-go ( vs mixing Citrucel powder in water. That gets thick and have to keep adding more water, so it's not as fast to take.) Convenient and price is reasonable. Plus I don't have to worry about spilling it on the floor as I cannot get down on floor to clean it up. BUT it's been hard to get lately!
The caplets don't work as good as the capsules for some reason. They made me sick at my stomach, and it didn't help me use the bathroom at all.
WRONG HOUSE
They do not work like any of the name brand stuff. Most of the time they do not digest fully either. Never had this issue with any other brand. Just Walmarts brands.
