This item took some time to work but its difficult to use solo. When you're disabled. Suggest a longer flexible tube for assistance with applications.
I expect these enemas to do what they are made to do. I have a problem with the packaging. I opened the water proof bubble wrap package and found these little bottles basting in their own juices. I don't know if a much bigger package squoosed this one, or whatever caused this to happen. But the packaging was obviously not equal to the task. Since I don't know how many leaked or how this may have affected the sterility of the product, I can't let my family use these.
The hard plastic tip on these is made too sharp and hurts. What's even worse now - something they never use to have - is a small round white piece of soft latex (I guess that's what it is) inside the cap that seals it so the liquid doesn't come out through the tip. It has crisscross in the center; but, it takes the strength of Hercules to get the liquid to blast through it; so, once it actually starts going through, it blasts out. And there isn't any mention of it on the box; no mention of that soft seal inside!?! But, they were in all the bottles in both boxes we bought. You can stick your fingernail inside of the cap and peel it out; but, it's not that easy to do; especially for the elderly. No idea what it's doing in there.... I think it makes it dangerous. I wouldn't use these at all. Unless you want to injure yourself. A loved one started bleeding after using this product. I wouldn't recommend it. The savings isn't worth it. The first time, we wondered what happened to the seal when it came blasting through. It might've gone up through the tip!?! Who knows? What a stupid idea! Most Equate products are really good; but, this one is not.
It isn't as strong as the name brand enemas. It was difficult to administer. No lubricant on the part that goes in. The liquid didn't want to come out. I won't buy them again and I have bought name brand enemas since.
Nozzles often do not work-cannot dispense liquid inside bottle. Salt solution in liquid is too weak-does not cause urge to empty. Buy reliable Fleets brand instead
received a big mess ! 2 of the bottles were mostly empty. the lids were not secure and leaked . actually box was ripped and saturated . this product should not be shipped until manufacturers seal the lids to secure product from leaking and safety reasons. be very easy for someone to tamper with product and hurt someone.
This is a good product but the two boxes were poorly packed -- in a brown paper envelope package. Another shipment from a Walmart third party was floor cleaning fluid which was very poorly packed and had leaked all inside its box, saturating the box and then spreading to the enema package, totally destroying that packing and the enema boxes. The enemas all smell like caustic floor cleaning fluid.
Walmart shopped this item for a delivery. The box was damaged and they taped it with packing tape and had the audacity to shop it and send it out to the customer. There was no seal on the bottles themselves to insure they were not tampered with. I will be ending my membership today. Out of my last 10 orders 2 were without error. Since Covid customer service is non existent.
This item was delivered wet, and crumbled packaging, not sure what happened, but was handled inproperly. Did not want to use because of this issue and who returns this kind of product?
