As someone who recently had weight loss surgery, these are a great alternative to chicken nuggets or pizza pockets. They are packed with protein and definitely keeps you full.
These are so good. They have a really good crust and I was surprised at how much chicken was in one of these. I cant wait to try the other flavors of them.
I love these poppers theyre seriously good especially in an air fryer its all the good flavor I crave without any of the heaviness you feel after eating greasy fast food

I love everything about this product. The stuffed chicken nuggets are delicious and area great addition to the keto diet. These are very unique. They are great on their own or to top a salad. I highly recommend thhis product
I really enjoyed realgood frozen uncured pepperoni bite. My husband and I really enjoy every frozen entree from cauliflower crust pizza to enchiladas. The taste is so good for frozen food not your usual frozen TV dinner. It's the perfect lunch for me instead of fast food. Macros work perfectly for me. Really enjoy all realgood dishes. I would suggest to anyone who is following a ketogenic lifestyle or low carb.
The casing of the popper is actually made of chicken meat instead of a jalapeno or dough like a pizza bite. Each popper is dense as a result of the chicken but quite tasty and filling. Great low carb alternative for a snack
No flavor from the cheese or the pepperoni that's supposed to be in there it's basically juicy meat the meat has no flavor either
Even when following the box's instructions to cook them in an air fryer, the chicken was not crispy. it also tasted bad and the amount of stuffing inside is nowhere near the amount shown on the box. I have attached a picture of the box and a picture of a nugget below that shows how little is inside. Do not buy these, they are not enjoyable.
couldn't even try and taste them! the smell made me nauseous just by opening the bag! i thought after i cooked them they would be better. Even worse!!!! i emptied all of them straight to the trash! 0/5 DO NOT RECOMMENDED.
