Perfect product to create designs! It's a very easy set-up and the app is probably the best part, in which you can send designs from your phone.
I enjoyed this machine but wanted a bigger field and hoop so I returned this one and purchased the NQ1700E because of the larger size
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is by far my new favorite toy. It's a learning curve and has some complicated features, but it makes really nice and mostly hands-off work. I really like all the ready made designs, and the option to craft your own. I haven't worked on my own designs or different colors, but it's an exciting venture. This is a great machine and I love it!
Got quickly. Didnt open it but can fast delivery.
Easy to use the LCD, thread & change thread colors.
I got it for my mom and she loves it. She spends hours on it doing gifts for family members. She says it's very easy to use and quiet too.
The Brother Pe900 embroideries really nice. The only problem is the plastic part of the lever for the threader broken off the first week. Other than that I'm enjoying it.
I really like it I just wish the tension was a little easier to understand
Received the PE900 for Christmas. Was very excited to start my first project. My first project turned out great. But on the second test project the needle threader lever broke, it's plastic. Why make it out of plastic when you have to put a little force on it. Is there a replacement? Or do I need to return the entire machine??
Broke less than 48 hours after receiving and the only service center in my state never picks up their phone and was closed in the middle of a Monday when I tried to go in person.
