I've always been a huge fan of Communities Dark Roast, and I still am to this day but not long ago they came out with New Orleans Blend....Oh My Gosh!!! It's perfect! I start every morning with the Dark Roast but during mid morning, noon, and early afternoon, the New Orleans Blend is perfect! Same great flavor as the Dark Roast but not as heavy. It is a great mid morning and mid afternoon coffee! Perfect thru out the day...but on a personal note, I need to add that late afternoons and early evenings is set aside for my Chicory Blend. Try it...as I'm sure you'll be glad you did!
My first time trying Mardi Gras King Cake was in the smaller box, as a limited time purchase at the grocery store. I enjoyed it so much that I had to get a bigger box when I found this site offered it. This is one of my favorite coffee choices to enjoy. I even have family who never tried it turned on to this.
I've lost count how many times we've bought this. Yes, it really reminds you of king cake, down to the hint of cinnamon. And it's safe to drink outside of Mardi Gras without any bad juju.
You can never go wrong with community coffee. Good for early in the morning or late at night. Perfect blend always.
I've been buying this product since it was called Carnivale Cake. I always order a year's supply of the pods to ensure I never run out! I've recommended it to so many people and they are all hooked now too!
I got to try the Mardi Gras King Cake while visiting my cousin in Louisiana for Mardi Gras! Now I get to start my day with the yummy cinnamon warmness! And now my niece is hooked on it too!
Not sure about coffee but box was opened and half of pods were in shipping bag.
This is the only coffee that I really like and every time I buy a box from Walmart, when I put the pod in my coffee maker, the top of the pod burst open 80% of the time and I have coffee grounds spilled everywhere and it takes an hour to clean it out of the nooks and crannies of my pot. These boxes are $14 and I am disabled on a fixed income, and when I order something I expect it to be what I want because I can't just run to Walmart and exchange it because that's not easy for me to do and it defeats the whole purpose of Walmart plus having your groceries delivered. I would have to say out of eight boxes of this coffee that I've purchased, at least six of them had pods in them that would burst open as soon as I press the coffee pot down for it to start flowing and sometimes I don't even realize it until I get comfortable and sit down and I take a sip and my mouth is full of coffee grounds and that isn't very pleasant. I would like to get a refund at least on this one or more because I finally decided to say something about this because trust me,I have thrown away complete boxes of this product @ $14 a hit over the last few months. As you can see in the photo below, the top of the pods are not secured, and when you press down to start your coffee, the entire top will burst open, and sometimes it will burst open just a little, but it doesn't take much to fill your cup with coffee grounds, as well as getting it all inside your coffee maker! It isn't fun to wake up early and look forward to your morning coffee only to find a cup full of coffee grounds along with a coffee maker that I have to clean when I'm half asleep!
I bought this because of the adds on television and I seriously regret wasting my money. This coffee has no flavor or aroma to the point I thought I awoke with covid and started smelling things in my pantry and refrigerator, nope it was not me it is definitely the coffee..... absolutely horrible!
I would love to have my own order and you can pick up the one I got .
