I do not understand why such a great product as Lancome Clarifiance gel face cleanser could have ever been discontinued I have tried hundreds of face cleaners and this one by far was the best ❗❗❗
This is my HG scrub! I've been using it for years. I love its gel texture and fine, efficient, and gentle scrubbing spheres. It foams up a little and doesn't leave any residue like many scrubs I've tried. I don't use it everyday or to remove makeup. I recommend a separate cleanser for makeup removal. This scrub will leave your skin soft, smooth, and refined. Give this a try you won't be disappointed
I used this product for many years and am so sad that it was discontinued. I've tried other Lancôme products and they are just not the same. I hate the Rose Sugar Scrub that most websites direct you to as a replacement. Please bring this product back.
Exfoliance Clarte was one of the best products Lancome offered. The ingredients were high performance. Fruit enzymes WITH salicylic acid. Great combination for combination oily / oily skin. Great for any skin types as a matter of fact except very sensitive. Lancome doesn't know when to keep a classic, high performance product. Aqua Fusion is another category Lancome got rid of. The lotion was excellent and great because it didn't have a sunscreen. The company has forced many of us to look to other brands for products that we were loyal to with Lancome. Lancome keeps changing and discontinuing. Some products are not better. I can tell you I bought the Rose Sugar Scrub and it was awful. Greasy and the texture was unpleasant for my skin type oily combination / oily. This Rose Sugar Exfoliating Scrub does not even compare to Exfoliance Clarte. I have an aesthetics background and referred many clients to this scrub and they became loyal. I even used it myself. It was that good that I gave it my own testimonial. Often the cosmetics counter staff is ill-trained for how to promote and use products. A product demonstration at the counter is what helped sell Exfoliance Clarte. When used properly, this scrub left the skin glowing and feeling clean. Best regimen was to cleanse face first, do the scrub and then do another cleansing. The scrub worked well when applying an even layer not too thick to the face and even the neck. Let it dry to a tacking feeling and then massage the face and neck until the scrub resists any more motion. Remove it with warm cloth and cleanse face again. Lancome.........you have left many customers in a lurch so many times. New products get launched only to take them away. Please remember what made Lancome so special in years past. Photogenic, Dual Finish in OIl Free formula, loose powders, and foundation so light and fluid that it was a pleasure to put on the skin. And also Pure Focus and Gel Radiance cleansers. Perfect for oily / oily combination skin types. Lancome needs to return to helping all skin types again. Everyone doesn't have dry skin and doesnt' needs all the emollients. Please don't take away Hydra Zen products. I am loyal to the gel cream and the lotion. How about coming out with a Hydren Zen deep cleaning bar of facial soap? Exfolaiance Clarte needs to be brought back to the line up.
Please bring this back. The rose scrub is not the same, not even close. I have used the Exfoliance Clarté for several years now and I love everything about it. The way my skin felt, the scent, the nice foam it produces, just everything. I don't know what the reason is for discontinuing this item, but I am extremely disappointed in Lancome for doing so.
I have been using this exfoliator for several years now, and its excellent. It leaves your face clean and refreshed. According to the lady at the Lancome counter its not supposed to be use everyday, but the results after using it are so wonderful that I do. The smell its incredible.
I have used this product for years and am so disappointed to see that it has been discontinued. The beads in the scrub do their job without feeling scratchy or rough. My skin can get irritated and red but I never had that problem with this product. My face always feels soft. I don't like the rose scrub at all. I don't want a warming sensation from my scrub. I don't like the scent and it irritated my skin. Please bring back this as another option.
What I love about this scrub is such a interesting texture. It feels gel like and a little goes a long way. It has tiny sand like beads that you can't even see until you start rubbing it onto your skin. Beads do not dissolve right away which is great so you have enough time to massage your whole face. I hate when beads are gone in two seconds and then you need to add more product. Another great thing about this scrub is it's scent - very light, fresh, clean - gives you feeling like you are having nice spa treatment at home. But absolutely best thing about this scrub is it's ability to brighten the skin. And it does it in very gentle way. After using it my skin is glowing, looks brighter and lighter. All the dullness is gone and skin does not look tired. Also skin is left feeling very soft but not stripped or dried out. I think it would work for dry and sensitive skin too. Overall, I am really impressed with all the products from Radiance line and highly recommend them.
This is a good product, the best on the current market that I've found so far. I use it every day while in the shower and it's not too harsh for me. I just wish they would bring "Pure Focus Exfoliator" back as that worked even better for me. I know I'm not alone here as I've read the reviews for that product. But until then this will do just fine, quite fine! I'm using it with the "Hydra-Intense Masque" and my face feels so dewy and soft. Great combo! I just miss having a product that contains a salicylic or glycolic acid in it. Hopefully Lancôme will bring my other favorite back soon. I do recommend this though as the next best alternative.
I finally got this (first box that arrived contained only my free sample and not the two products I ordered, one of which was Exfoliance Clarte. I tried it today and wasn't pleased. Exfoliance Clarte is really runny and when I took the cap off and tilted the tube, a ton of it ran out. I had no clue it would be so liquid-like. As far as the exfoliating properties, it is full of big random white crystals which I assume are the scrubbing particles -- not only are there few of them in this tube full of runny liquid, but when I applied to my damp face, most of them just blended in prior to my even rubbing it into my skin to exfoliate! I used my battery-operated brush with bristles to rub it into my face; it DID seem to serve its purpose but considering what it's like and the terrible liquid consistency, I am really sorry I ordered it.
