Pros: Elegant, ' tres ' chic, beautiful watch I like the color contrast of the white, rose gold, and red of the activity tracker Helps me get rid of the extra weight, strong muscles, and better heart Made of good quality materials Garmin superior brand.brand Cons: Nothing
Pros: Classic analog dial Instant feedback on performance against goals by looking at dial. No buttons to push Leather band that is secure and nice looking No battery recharging. (Advertised one year battery life) Comfortable and right sized Sweep second hand Automatically tracks steps, distance, calories and sleep. You can manually enter other data it will track. Cons: Black hands against black background are little difficult to see in very dim light No day or date display Instant feedback on performance against goals is an approximate percentage instead of a specific step count. Must sync with phone to get a more specific count. Synchronization to mobile phone is not automatic. Must push button and keep phone near watch for about 45 seconds. Other thoughts: The only feature that I really miss is the day and date but I purchased this knowing that. I like the analog dial I can read at a glance rather than a digital display that lights up by pushing a button or with a specific wrist motion.
Pros: I love how it looks like a normal watch, but tracks steps and sleep Cons: Tough to tell when you have reached your goal or are just short. Plus the leather band is not great if you run in the Vivomove (and sweat into the band).
I like the activity tracking in the daytime as well as the sleep tracking at night. I wish it was a little more 'intelligent' about figuring out days I may have gone to sleep prior to my 'bedtime'. My old fit-bit seemed to auto adjust. #sweepstakes
I ended up giving my father this for Christmas. He said he would wear a fitness tracker if it came as a watch. When he opened it, he really like the design and the durability. And he's now actually seeing when he's not active and making an effort to get up and around. Great design and very stylish. #sweepstakes
I have used this watch for a couple months now and really enjoyed it. Great quality and fit/finish. Comparing it to the big name trackers and smart watches, I have noticed this watch consistently counts lower steps. I avg 7600 steps with Fitbit devices per day and 5800 with this watch on the same wrist.
The price is reasonable due to it's features, however - the features aren't that great it tracks your movements which nowadays your phone can do it. But instead of having your phone it's your watch - similar to Fitbit but the Fitbit may have more features than this watch does. To gave it 3 stars due to it's style and the fact that it's a watch. Aside from that I would've paid the same amount for a regular watch without the features. Basically get this watch if you want style, tracks sleeping/walking movements, and want a watch.
The watch looks nicer than it is in reality. I have a Steel HR hybrid that I purchased about a year ago. It is all metal and the fit and finish is first rate. It paired very easily with my Samsung Note 9. I an very happy with it and how it performs. SO, why you ask did I purchase a second smart watch. I wanted a back up just in case. Also my only complaint with the Steel HR was that the test display was a little small and the Garmin's was larger. Now the reason for the two star rating. The Garmin watch is pretty much plastic and once you see it in real life and not in pictures looks cheap. It feels cheap as well. As of today a month since I received it I still have not been able to pair it with my phone. Garmin support is almost non-existent. I would prefer to send it back and find a better watch as this one is not worth the cost.
It looks nice, but as an activity tracker it is absolute junk. The connection between the tracker and my iPhone 7 is always dropping connection. Literally every 1-2 days I will need to reset the connection. Unfortunately, every time I do this all stored activity data that has not yet been uploaded to the phone is lost. If your not really serious about tracking your sleep and activity, this is the tracker for you. If you are serious about tracking this stuff, look elsewhere. I never write reviews on products, but this thing aggravated me off so much...Here I am.
Doesn't keep good time. Black on black is hard to read, impossible in the dark. Tracks steps, but not routes. Cant upload to Strava. Moisture got inside the glass in less than six months, despite only very mild exposure to water. Waterproof to zero inches. I am not impressed. Not a fan! #sweepstakes.
