This is my favorite lotion by Shea moisture for cold months when my skin is dry. It has a light pleasant smell that mixes well with other scents and it's thick and absorbs quickly. The only bad thing is that it's hard to get it all out because the lotion is so thick.. maybe a squeeze tube would be better.

I just got this today and I used it after I washed my hands when I used the bathroom. 😱 I have lotion from the Dermatologist for dry skin. Plus I have to use Vaseline lotion with the prescribed lotion. I already feel a difference. My hand skin doesn't feel so rough. And I think that the little cuts/splinters on my hands because of dry skin will go away. I made a good choice 👍. Try it
This lotion spells so good.
As I previously mentioned, it's one of the few lotions my skin tolerates and likes. It also has good ingredients.

Great product but even if I didn't have arthritis in my hands, I still wouldn't be able to get the lotion out of the bottle. I refused to give up, though. I decided to cut the bottle in half and scroop the cream into a jar. I'm hoping this "lotion" will help with my eczema.
I've been using this product for years. This is a great product but problem is the container/bottle, specially one with the pump. When approx. 20% are left in the bottle, pump does not really work - I have to put the bottle upside down to pull and dig the cream otherwise have to order another bottle. Sales may like it in this way as it signals it is time to order another one, but as consumer, this is very annoying experience everytime.
We originally purchased this item to see if it would help with my boyfriends eczema and I liked the smell and texture so wanted to use it as well. My boyfriend hasn't noticed any eczema relief while using. I've enjoyed the product for a few weeks consistently so I kept it on our bathroom counter. After wanting to rotate to using something else for the week, I put it in the bathroom drawer so avoid taking up counter space. Well after a week, we wanted to compare the scent to another product and the lotion smelled like vinegar. Vinegar is not a listed ingredient so I contacted their customer service and they noted that while the scent may change based on how you store it (due to the natural ingredients), it shouldn't smell how I've described (like toe jam/vinegar). They've reported it to their production team after getting the UPC and lot #. Customer service was great!
This lotion is way too Thick. Also, when you squeeze the bottle to get the lotion out the black ink comes off...
