We have a lot of girls in our house and as you can see from the condition of this bottle, we use this product a lot every female in my house absolutely loves it. It gives you a nice shimmer and moisturizes like a champ.
Finding a body lotion that hydrates deeply while leaving skin looking radiant has always been a challenge, until I discovered SheaMoisture's Illuminating Body Lotion with Coconut & Hibiscus. This 3.2 fl oz (95 ml) bottle may seem small, but it's packed with a powerful punch of moisture and glow that has transformed my skincare routine.
It smells amazing. It is very hydrating. My favorite drugstore lotion. Shea moisture is generally a great brand. I love their products.
Love this cream. It's more like a light lotion but leaves skin silky soft beautifully lightly scented with the most delicious coconut scent skin . Skin looks radiant and glowy. Sinks in right away no stickiness. The coconut scent is good enough to eat it's divine!
I recently tried SheaMoisture's Illuminating Body Lotion with Songyi Mushroom, Coconut & Hibiscus, and it has quickly become a favorite! The lotion has a delightful, light fragrance that isn't overpowering. It absorbs quickly, leaving my skin feeling incredibly soft and moisturized without any greasy residue. The inclusion of Songyi Mushroom and Hibiscus adds a natural brightness to my skin, making it look radiant and healthy. Plus, the coconut oil provides lasting hydration. The 13 fl oz size is generous, offering great value for the price.
The fragrance is honestly pretty strong but that means it'll just last throughout the day. It moisturizes well (like all original shea moisture lotions/butters) and will completely absorb into the skin. I'm still giving five stars just for the product alone but.... seriously. The packaging itself is a huge flaw because it doesn't allow the lotion to just come out easily, and what happens is it's difficult to work it out of the plastic bottle it comes in (cutting the bottle open to collect the last of the product is the only resort.) Others have complaints about this as well but when a lotion is this good, you'll do it lol.
Never the one to write a review but when I saw someone give this product a 1, I just had to say something. This product is awesome when I first used I put it in my hands and it was very smooth. I put it on my face and when I tell you that I had a brightening to my face, people noticed and they said gosh your skin looks really good and I said its this new lotion that I've used and it smells awesome so this is a product that I will be buying forever!!!
Love the scent and I use it a lot. Good quality and size as well. There's a lot of benefits and makes my skin soft. It helps during dry season and when I need to moisturize. The texture of my sensitive skin has improved and I recommend it to everyone . Smells amazing and black owned!
I love shea moisture body lotion! It is made with natural non toxic ingredients, the scent is great and not overpowering. Lotion is a good texture, absorbs well and has nice packaging. 10/10
But I have some problems with the container. The cap delivery system doesn't always work so i have exchanged it for another product's pump and cap, but the consistency of the lotion is such that it is still difficult to get through a pump. You can also just empty contents into a separate empty cosmetics jar, which is what finally worked best. Because it's thick and more of a cream than a lotion this seems the most practical way to use it I found. Hope the manufacturer will modify the bottle, since the product itself - once you can get it out- is very good!
