This is super helpful when shopping for school supplies. I normally have to shop at multiple stores to get both items that are requested on the list because you get both the protractor AND the compass. These aren't cheap feeling at all so they'll last a few school years. I definitely recommend this set!
This took me a few trys to get right but its super helpful. My son had to draw a perfect circle, this did the job! Pros Its sterdy and easy to use, if you know how to use it It comes with the pencil Measurements are correct Cons None Absolutely helpful!
The Pen +Gear compass & protractor set is great for personal or school use. It’s small enough to fit in a pencil case for school or in your office drawer. The compass makes circles up to 12 inches or 30.5 cm. The protractor measures 180 angles from both sides. It comes with a pencil. The pencil clips right in to the compass. Great for school children and adults alike
This Pen+Gear Plastic Compass and Protractor set is a great tool for my daughter to use for learning how to draw angles in Math. I am showing her obtuse and acute angles and it's fun to draw them by using this compass and protractor set. The small pencil is sharp and small so it's easy to maneuver with the protractor.
A protractor can come in handy for anyone having to measure curves from 0 to 180 degrees. The compass is a mathematical tool used for drawing circles and this is a good compass and protractor set to have. It's easy to use . Just set it to number place it down and begin to make your circle. The protractor feels like a thin ruler and the compass has a very lite feel to it they can be easy to break if a kid is playing with them instead of using them correctly.
The box contained a set of large sized protractor and a very functional compass. When compared to others that came in a multi-piece set, these two are not only better but the compass has a lock mechanism to hold the pencil and prevent it from coming off.
Now that my 10-year-old needs one for school, this was perfect. The fact that it's easy for her to use, is a plus. I am very pleased with the fact it is. She loves the fact that it's purple. I know from previous Pen+Gear purchases I wouldn't be disappointed. I don't believe that this will break easily. The protractor is clear plastic, so you can see anything under it you may need to. This Isa great product. My 10-year-old loves it and uses it with ease. Not much I could ask for! Great job as always Pen+Gear
I like this protractor. It's purple and it is easy to use. The compass is extremely flexible. The protractor is durable. I think my only con would be just how flexible it is. I'm scared to open it too fast or far. It seems like it could break easily.
This is a useful little set. It is compromised of a plastic protractor and compass. I know the kids use it for math so we can send it with them to use. We also can use it for drawing at home because i cant draw a perfect circle for the life of me. The plastic material for the protractor is a little cheap feeling but definitely still usable and doesn't really affect the outcome of the drawing. The protractor has a littlw pencil attached to it to draw the circles or arches.
It's a cute hard plastic protractor it does what its intended to do I like that it comes with the compass and it doesn't have to be bought separately. I do like the fact that's it's colored and not just a plain protractor makes it a little fun for the girls to make a theme for school supplies.
