This is a great product. The only thing that I would change is the inside of the wheels. The inside of the wheels collect grass clippings. I am thinking of using silicon to fill in the inside depressions of the wheels, in order to make the clean up easier. Using this lawn mower is a real joy, I almost look forward until the next time I have to cut my grass. The mower cut the grass in very nice even way. It extremely easy to use, and a neighbor has already commented on how quiet the mower is. I also bought GreenWorks' Blower/Vacuum (it is also a great product) with a 4AH battery and charger. I use the 2AH battery first and recharge it while I use my 4AH batteries and then use my recharged 2AH battery. I have a fairly large yard.

This is the perfect mower for our back yard. our HOA mows our yard, but sometimes weather conditions cause a delay and our grass gets too tall before they mow. So, this mower allows us to do a quick mow in-between as needed.

This little green machine is like the perfect companion for my weekend yard sessions. It's light, nimble, and surprisingly powerful for its size. I love how I can weave it through tight spots in my yard, effortlessly trimming every corner. The fact that it's electric means no more wrestling with gas cans or inhaling fumes; just a quick plug-in, and I'm off. The 16-inch deck might seem small, but for my modest lawn, it's just right. I enjoy the versatility of the 2-in-1 feature, switching between mulching and rear discharge depending on the season. Sure, if I had a sprawling yard, I might need something bigger, but for my space, the Greenworks mower is a game-changer. It turns what used to be a dreaded task into something almost enjoyable—a moment of peace in the greenery.
I'm 61 years young and recently became partially disabled, I had to hire a lawn service because I couldn't start or safely operate a lawnmower until NOW..my new Greenworks 40volt lawnmower is very easy to operate and extremely lightweight. It does a beautiful job cutting and I am able to cut my own grass again!!
A jewel of a little mower. Mows my small patch of lawn in about 25 minutes while using only a fourth of a battery charge. Small and light enough to pick-up with one hand and store on the shelf of my storage shed. Thoughtfully designed take-down levers allow the handlebar to fold in half for easy storage in a small space.
Love love love it. Smooth to push. Easy to adjust height and use the bagging system. Thank you. This is exactly what I didn't for my Zoyia grass!
I have only had my new mower for a couple weeks now, but I have used it twice and cuts through grass like it was butter. Lawn looks great. 4Ah battery will do my entire front yard!!!
Very quiet and eady to push
The item is fairly heavy which I considered to be positive. Assembly was somewhat difficult but accomplished without assistance. The bag on the unit had to be emptied often and the chute did not capture all the grass clipping making a mess. It was difficult to mow the grass as the level, at its highest, was not high enough and it had to be pushed to accomplish mowing my small city yard. I did not want the grass to be cut that low.
BEWARE! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AFTER SALE! Received 19" 40V mower, batteries will not charge, indicator on charger turns to RED after 165 minutes of a 180 minute charge time. Have been on hold for 30 minutes! Not doing this chat box with vivian! ABSOLUTELY NO HELP !
