The food doesn't get lost in the back like our old side by side. The craft ice is great and has made a big hit with our guests. It's perfect for a short on the rocks drink or just to keep any.drink cold longer. Love the counter depth as it adds space To a small kitchen.

It's actually about the same depth as my 90's model double door fridge, however there's so much more space inside. I also love the craft ice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the refrigerator in January of this year. I love it. It has great area for storage of all my items. Love the flip of the shelf to accommodate extra tall items. The craft ice maker is awesome but we did have to replace the ice maker 7 months after buying. Hoping that was just a fluke and not going to be an issue. The big ice cubes are great for coolers and drinks. They are much slower to melt.

I love being able to separate things in the two freezer drawers. My only issue is that it doesn't make enough craft ice for me. The pics always show a full tray of ice but mine has not been full yet. I live alone so it has plenty of time to fill up. I want to have a housewarming but it doesn't make enough ice for multiple people!!
I've had this refrigerator for 2 years now and I like the design and features. Only complaint is that 2 of the 3 plastic bins on the left door have broken. The left door has the ice maker and when it closes, it tends to slam due to the weight. I don't have anything heavy in the bins so I'm disappointed the they have only lasted 2 years.
This is a great fridge, but the ice maker broke within the first week. LG support was great and sent out a replacement quickly, which took less than 10 minutes to install. The craft ice feature is cool, but the balls do not come out fully formed which is disappointing. Luckily I didn't buy this fridge for the craft ice. I do wish some of the design features on this fridge were a little more thoughtfully considered. For example, if the touch panel is off, you have to press the button twice to switch from dispensing ice and water. One button press to "wake the panel up" and one to make the switch. Despite this, I'm fairly happy with this fridge. It's my third LG refrigerator and I'd buy another one in the future.
Bought a year ago and the craft ice maker died. You sent a replacement which I had to install myself, and so far, that does not make any ice. Does nothing at all.
