I bought this chair for my husbands Christmas gift and he loves it. He watches football, bonanza and every thing you can think of in it. He gave me a big hug and said thank you for my chair, it is so comfortable and it really does relax you, sometimes I find that he has fallen asleep while he is watching tv. Great buy!!!!!
I lift many hundreds of pounds of freight every day' and this chair really helps unwind my back muscles ,.....A great product ,5 stars so far................
Exceptionably quick FREE delivery of two (2) chairs I ordeded to the (store of choice) for pick up. Assembly and instructions ok but some tussle with pre-drilled holes, but manageable. Chairs are really good looking and comfortable. There were no color options but the color for my intended use was almost perfect. They have seperated the heat and massage options as I had read some comments where you could not have one with out the other. All and all the chairs delivered what was promised and am completely satisfied with results. As for durability I can only reserve judgement as they are only 2 weeks old.
This chair arrived in only 2 days which shocked me and once home is very easy to setup and looks better than the picture online and is comfortable and the massage motors work well in quite a few zones. I really like the chair and would recommend it to anyone. CJ
I bought it for my mom as a gift. She loves it. Not that big was her first reaction...she loves the foot massager....she loves watching tv and being pampered at same time....only thing is that now she falls asleep in chair....
*Fits great in my small apt: Bigger chairs look oversized. *All padding has zippers: can restuff if needed! *Heat and vibrations can run at same time or separately: love the heat! *Of course it isn't a rolling massage: LOL! For this price??? *Fits in with my neutral decor: Earth tones! *Comfortable without using the extras: use it as a desk chair for laptop as well! *For the price: Break it down monthly and its worth it!
I had a Relaxzen recliner in the past (gave it to a friend with a bad back), so I knew what I was getting. For the price, this is a very nice chair with heat and massage. Had a little difficulty assembling the back and the seat, but that could be due to my age and arthritic fingers. My other chair was 10 years old when I gave it to a friend, so I expect this chair to be as dependable.
Well made, solid construction, quality appearance. Massage and heat work well. Comfortable. Tall enough back to support my head when upright, which was a concern (5'10). Super good job on the packaging and wrapping to prevent damage in shipment. Took almost as long to undo the mummy wrappings as to assemble it. :) Real wood on bases looks expensive. Significantly cheaper at Walmart than other sources, and free Ship-to-Store makes it even better. No problems with swivel or reclining, but people need to know the recliner isn't spring loaded or pneumatic. Two tensioning knobs (one for the slider rod on each side) control how much force is needed to move the recliner back or up again. Or you could leave them relatively loose, then tighten them down in whatever position you liked, each time. That was one of the biggest cost-cutting measures in the design. Swiveling is much smoother when upright than reclined, which is no problem. Only real disappointment was that the color is a significantly darker brown than depicted, so it doesn't match the rest of my furniture as well as it would/could have. I've only been using it a few weeks, so can't comment yet on how well the material will hold up with use, but fine so far. The power cord to the AC adapter on the wall is very thin wire, so best to be careful with that and not stress it. I plan to run a regular extension cord to the chair, and put the adapter under the base.
being a short person this is a chair that I can support my back yet legs are on floor. lower arms are to my liking for pushing up on to rise and also because of resting a bad arm on. only wish seat had more padding!
If I had been more careful with the packaging I would have sent this chair back to Walmart. It is very uncomfortable and not at all what I expected but unfortunetly I am stuck with this chair. Never again will I buy a chair without seeing it and sitting in it.
