This is a 22" x 1-3/8", 37-501mm street tread, pneumatic tire for wheelchairs. These gray non-marking pneumatic tires have a C-86 tread pattern and the maximum tire pressure of 65 PSI. These tires require an inner tube. Try our standard inner tube or our thorn resistant inner tube. A solid insert also works great with this tire.
