Love my new Margaritaville Frozen Concoction Maker. My mom purchased me one two years ago and my whole family frequently ask for me to bring it to our gatherings. I lost that blender when our house flooded in August of 2016 and that was definitely on the replace items list.
This machine is expensive when compared to blenders, but there is no comparison at all. This machine makes the PERFECT drink every time. Slush like concoctions that pile up high due to them being so thick. I make margaritas, strawberry daiquiris, hurricanes, and more. My friends are all jealous, but happy I invite them over for a frozen concoction every now and then. I also like the pre-measured bottles. I thought it would be a pain making drinks for people, but found that if I pre-measured the drinks out in the bottle, it is ever so fast and easy to whip up several drinks at once.
We had one frozen concoction maker already but decided to dedicate that one to road trips, so we purchased a key west model with an extra pitcher for larger gatherings! They threw in the travel bag to support our plans! How great is that!! They are the best!!
Bought this set up for use for get together around the pool. Works great! Blends your drink into an excellent consistency. Really cool the way it all works together. If you want the drink thinner you have control over the process to pulse it as needed. Easy clean up as well. Have used the online recipes so far from the website here that I ordered the machine on. Started off with the blue colada and have been mixing it up ever since. Glad I splurged and bought this set up, it does everything I was looking for and more. Also, with the ice tray removed from the top it slides under the counter. Looks cool in the kitchen.

Wow. What a product. Before purchasing the Margaritaville Key West Frozen Concoction Machine I was making drinks at home in a regular blender. Bland tasteless cocktails is no way to go to life. Then I came across this product hand crafted by the legendary singer and songwriter Jimmy Buffett, who I am lucky enough to call a close personal friend. Now I make restaurant quality cocktails from the comfort of my own home any time I want. Works got me stressed? Well I can escape to margaritaville with a perfectly frozen concoction all thanks to my buddy Jimmy and the good folks from Margaritaville. I bought this for my husband's birthday last month and we love it! Also bought the carrying case and the salt tub. The machine is easy to use and makes the perfect margaritas by following the recipe included, just like Margaritaville! We are very happy with it and have been enjoying it immensely!
Got the Key West Concoction Maker for Christmas. Wow, what a machine! with all of the warm weather here in February, we have busted it out almost daily. Simple to use, perfect consistency of concoction, all at the push of a button. Thanks Jimmy!!
It makes great Margarita's ! But... 1) I sliced my finger open cleaning the ice bin the first time I used it (bad enough for an emergency room visit!), the issue is unscrewing the shaving paddle, using the little ridges do not provide enough grib to unscrew it, they need to be larger. But read that part of the instructions very carefully! 2) The no brainer mixing tool is great and very handy for measuring, the drinks as marked. However, the instructions say that the 36 ounce jar recipes are marked in Green, but actually the 36 is in red on the tool I received. 3) It would be nice if the tool, also had marks in ounces, so it could be used with other recipes 4) The online recipes all look interesting, but they are not clear how many drinks they make (that is, what the number of drink settings on the Concoction Maker should be). 5) I've used it 3 times so far, and I still get a little ozone smell after going through a complete 3 drink cycle. Not sure why that is, or if it will go away.
I bought this unit over a month ago and had it shipped to my house. It was to be a gift, but once put together, it did not fit together properly. I sent it back for a replacement and have heard nothing about it. They received it several weeks ago and still nothing
