My husband and I both have physical limitations and having a water cooler that we can load from the bottom has been incredibly easy for us to handle. This water cooler is also very nice looking and was easy to start using. I think the value for the money was terrific.

Works great, easy to use, safety on the hot water is a nice feature.
Although I havent had this long it is proving to be an excellent putchase. Works great. Is quiet. Heat water perfectly, and I love the black and stainless look. Its a great design.
Great Little cooler easy to use so far so good with how it works its only been a couple months..
I've purchased two different sized cups and neither of them fit! It would have been nice to have had more guidance. I love the bottom loading option. I didn't think it would do a good job emptying the bottle, but it does!
IT IS O.K. BUT THE LIGHTS WENT OUT
I really liked it in the beginning, but after a few months it started making a loud noise and now is not working anymore!
box was in perfect condition....when I opened it the door was broke off, dents in back and side....terrible. customer service was good though
We ordered a water dispenser and I paid for a new one I ordered a water dispenser which was supposed to be new but it has scratches and stains all over it. It seems tbat it has been used. I need a definite solution from walmart regarding my order. Add to this, the package was awfully dirty and old. I paid and I ordered a new water dispenser never expecting to receive a ised one.
