Terror is loose on the streets of post-war Germany. After the fall of the Third Reich, a new evil has appeared on the ravaged streets of Germany. Spawned by the atrocities of war, and circumstances beyond his control, Fritz Haarman (Kurt Raab) roams the streets nightly searching for his next victim.
