I have been patiently looking for a deal for a laptop computer. Walmart has had excellent products on offer but these refurbished units provided the quality for the price as a backup laptop computer I needed.
It wasn't for me. My grandson researched and that what he came up with. He's enjoying it immensely.
The company actually sent me a different model because the original model was back ordered, they were very helpful, and O am enjoying my purchase. I would recommend it to everyone.
Satisfied with product quality but not happy with much delayed delivery and poor response and attitude from customer support to track shipping status. Would NOT buy from again or recommend this supplier.
Fast processing, fast shipping, amazing price (thank you!), %26 item in impeccable condition! The case, screen, components are so new looking and functioning that i have a hard time believing its refurbished instead of brand new! My only wish, if u will, is that itd be nice to have even a short term warranty and that its faster as its a little slow especially at startup and of things at 8gb ram but my research says for this os thats normal and that its easily upgradable to 16gb ram. Overall im so pleased that im indebtably grateful. Thank you!
Bought 2, one for granddaughter one for me. One worked fine...one did not. I could not turn off airplane mode to connect to internet and mouse would not move! Returned second one.
I am unable to activate Windows because it is not a legitimate copy.
I got this laptop but the CD drive is not work because the CD drive with out Laser eyes so canât read any CD
I feel I overpaid for a product that doesn't do what I need it to. I reached out to the seller by phone…..no answer and email….no response!!
fast ship, vut it is a lot worse for the ware than the item details and specs...i opened it literally 5 min ago and im here for whoever is responsible and on point to get a hold of something without a hologram looking crap consuming almost half the scren
