This is our 3rd Samsung TV. Very happy we stayed with Samsung. Easy to set up and start using, and sound is good. Only complaint was the small remote, but now using our old Samsung remote which works perfectly.
We upgraded the TV in our motorhome. This one got perfectly in the spot and because it's so thin it didn't stick out
I bought this as the 3rd monitor for my Mac workstation.The other HDMI ports are a linux box and a TiVo mini. The resolution, color, and contrast are excellent, using the Mac 5K iMac for comparison. For much of my work 2 monitors are adequate so I use the Samsung with the TiVo for background noise. I really like the solar charging remote although I rarely use it. The TiVo remote does everything except confirm the switch to a Bluetooth speaker. The built in speakers are good but not audiophile quality. The price was the best I could find.
Unfortunately I had to send it back. NOT that there was anything wrong with it. I accidentally got the wrong size. I did a lot of checking around before the purchase. It's beautiful. Came with i wanted. It also came on time and in perfect condition! I was informed about the status of it through every step.
easy set up, well packaged, well made and designed...except one thing.... when sitting off to either side of the screen, at about 45° or more, the picture is very light and not very clear. straight on is absolutely fantastic though. besides this setback it is a great unit. i would not recommend this in a side viewed setting.
I Liked the remote, once you get used to it. TV was good but slow in populating the OTA stations. Switching APPS was clean and fast.
They replaced my panel two times because of light coming from corners and hazy white light bleed through. The last one is just worse and now they won't do anything! I'm done with Samsung TVs. I don't reccomend qled especially bad, as my older ones were great for at least the first few years. I have a Bright room, so they look great during the day, however, at night the white light that comes from the corners and middle is distracting. Especially if you are watching a movie with lots of black scenes.
this tv is by no means worth it. a buddy of mine got the q70 and was raving about it, so i decided to try out the q60 thinking there wasnt enough of a difference to justify the q70's price. i was wrong. the edge lighting is absolutely unbearable, deep blacks are no where near black, in fact they are better on my 8 year old vizio. the bleeding is insane and i honestly don't know how this tv exists. just buy the q70.
tv came broke cant seem to get to the right person to get it fixed have had a ticket open since this thing came. my reviews keep getting censored hopefully this one doesnt. i cant stress enough how bad this experience has been. product is broken. i have asked for managers to help this is my plea.
