Excellent collection

I enjoyed this purchase, and I just wanted to share that I hope everyone who's considering this purchase that this is a collection of all 10 theatrical versions of each movie, and just the movie. I was somewhat disappointed that there wasn't and extras such as bloopers, behind the scenes, etc. The post doesn't advertise or mention any of these things though so I got what I paid for, so fair enough. I rated this 5 star because it's Harry Potter, and I'm a super fan. I hope you enjoy this as much as I do!

unprotected shipment - Damaged

ok, I'm really disappointed with the condition of the case. yes, the item arrived in a reasonable number of days. the shipping package was a thin pillow board pack that did not do anything for protection. none of the discs were held in their snaps, and the case was cracked in multiple places. some of the docs were seriously scratched due to the bouncing around within the broken case. I understand that it was on sale, but it was new. the shipping was unexceptable, and this item is very damaged. had better care been taken by the seller during shipment preparations, then this item would not have been damaged. bubble wrap or even a sheet of paper, would have been some protection

Not packaged good

Box was damaged, it was shipped in an envelope with no padding of any kind and got beat up in shipping, I would care so much but it was a gift and I don't have time to re order.

Broken %26 No Customer Service

Case was broken inside. Customer service stated they ordered a return label from USPS to be emailed the next day. A week later %26 I still have not received a return label nor a replacement box set! Can't even watch my favorite movies for my birthday!

The majority of the dvds skip. Disappointing 😞

I was so excited to purchase these because I had my other Harry Potter movies since they were released on dvd %26 I had watched them more times then I should admit lol. I barely began watching the set and the majority of the dvds skip. I though they were supposed to be brand new? Im so frustrated %26 disappointed. Anyone who suffers from anxiety knows it's comforting to watch certain shows or movies %26 Harry Potter is my go to %26 I can't even enjoy watching them still.

What… the…?

Ok. So. It would have been better had I had just bought the movie at the store but I was trying to alleviate any unnecessary inconveniences. But i guess those are given out a dime too many… I ordered this movie last week. Watched the series and felt like it only made sense for me to own the collection myself because my wife and I are such huge fans. A little after ordering this collection, I was informed that the Set would end up being delivered a day after I originally agreed to but I was willing to settle for that as long as it got here in one piece. The week goes on pushing closer and closer to the delivery date and it ends up showing up a day earlier. In our excitement we bolted to the mailbox and there it was packaged poorly in a piece of cardboard looking construction paper. That was the least of our problems… we went back home and opened the packaging to a damaged movie case. Chipped, falling apart and broken was the final presentation of the product we ordered so eagerly. I'm very gravely disappointed about the experience I got finally receiving my product. I get it… it was half off because the set was on sale… but it is absolutely unacceptable how I purchased a product brand new and received it almost as if it was used. Please look into your shipping and handling and revisit your expectations with whomever needs to be made aware of them when it comes to the presentations of your product. The movie case is falling apart, and I'm sure I'm not the only person that feels this way had anybody else received their purchase the way we did.
