Had I been able to try it out, I would not have purchased. It's just a vibrating chair. It's comfortable, but no kneading
The chair is under padded . I can feel coils or whatnot under the surface . In terms of function, the chair does as advertised and I love that I can set it on Heat, without the vibration. As light as this chair is, it still arrived with a damaged seat and a very large chunk of 'wood' missing from the base. Was advised not to access the Relaxen website when I attempted to contact them; due to potential of malicious activity...
