I bought the headphone a few months ago and the wire plug broke recently. I filed a report in the Customer Service page and received the replacement wire within a few days. This is a pleasant surprise as this usually doesn't happen with other brands.
for kids gaming and others it works and recommend it.
Can't get the boom mic to work on ps4 when plugged into controllers. Audio works but no mic. Company sent replacement mic but still doesn't work. For gaming mic this makes them useless.
