[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a good product received it on September 20th and it works good.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received this with my new home 6 months ago and I am loving it just not the clean up
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I looked at several gas ranges. Of all, I thought this the nicest looking and it only had 4 burners instead of five which I liked very much. The gas burners are very responsive and give you good temperature control. I haven't used the oven yet to comment on it. The one huge flaw in the design is the burner grills that sit on top of the stove. Firstly, there are only 2 instead of four. They are extremely heavy and particularly for a woman. Secondly, the left rack attaches under the right grill, so you cannot lift the left grill out to clean under it without taking out the right grill first. It is ackward, heavy and cumbersome and if I had known this before purchasing the range, I would not have bought it. They are both very heavy and it's bad enough to lift one out, much less having to move both of them, to clean the left top of the stove. At least, if they were separate in lifting out, it would be bad enough, but to have to lift two heavy racks out, is nearly impossible. A terrible, terrible design flaw. There should be 4 separate grills to make it easy to clean after each use. Otherwise, so far I like the stove.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like my old range better. I don't like the huge, heavy grates on top. Much more cumbersome to clean. I am also having an issue with the igniter in the oven. It pops every time it lights and I can smell gas. I am considering calling a repairman to adjust it.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A cake I've made many times before didn't fully cook in the center. Had to bake in a lot longer and keep checking it. Not happy. I guess there is something called calibration? What a pain. Otherwise everything seems to be fine.
