The Battery runs for quite a while and it shows how much battery is left right on the led screen which is great if you are vacuuming and have a high priority area you want to get to. The attachments are easy to put on also. The handle bends so I can get up on top of things with the dusting attachment and also under the couch without having to bend down really far. The only complaint is the storage for the attachments, there are none but otherwise it is a free standing vacuum without having to drill holes into the wall for a charging dock. Great quality.
We installed hardwood floors on the entire main floor of our house and immediately realized that a convenient cordless vacuum that picks up all types of debris, dust, hair, etc would be essential. I did lots of research and determined this was the best quality for the money. We LOVE this vacuum. It makes ownership of these new floors to be so much more enjoyable. We also have some rugs in certain parts of the house over the wood flooring. This vacuum easily transitions from hardwood to rugs with equally awesome results. If you're debating whether to get this model, don't think about it anymore. Just buy it.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this revolutionary vacuum. I have PCOS and therefore I shed my long hair much more than I would like. With other vacuums I have to cut the hair out of the roller on an almost weekly basis. I have been using this vacuum for well over a month and have not had to remove any hair from the rollers yet. The design is incredible with a low profile that easily fits under my couch and end tables. The maneuverability is the best I've seen as it turns with the slightest turn of the wrist. Being able to transition from floor to carpet is absolutely seamless with a touch of a button, located right on top of the handle. The vacuum doubles as a hand-held vac. There are multiple areas to disconnect from the base to use the attachments with the hand-held portion. This has proven so useful for removing all of the pet hair off my velvet couch and getting to the hard to reach areas for pesky cobwebs! Being able to transition from floor to carpet is absolutely seamless with a touch of a button, located right on top of the handle. There are three levels of suction also changed with a touch of a button. I'm the type of person that is going to go full power every time I am cleaning. I live in an approximately 3,500 sq foot home and will be purchasing an extra battery because the charge does not quite last for a full house cleaning. However, the battery does charge fast and it is rare that I need to sweep the entire house at one time. It also such an added bonus that this powerhouse folds in half with a squeeze of a button and takes up such a small amount of space when storing.

I can use it all over my home for hardwood floors, carpet and throw rugs. The roller self cleans,so hair does not get tangled in the brushes. I love that it is Cordless and the charge last a long time until I have to recharge the battery. One of my favorite things is that all I have to do is press a button and the Vacuum folds for easy storage. I can remove the handle to clean all my surfaces, ceiling, walls, stairs, baseboards and everything in between. My Ninja picks up all the pethair,dirt,dust everything! The dirt cup is a snap to empty, just slide it open and all the dirt comes out. It also comes with three attachments for all my household cleaning. Overall, amazing Cordless Vacuum by Shark Ninja.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I went from my previous vacuum cleaner to this one and it is another level, this one is lighter but with the same absorption power, it has 3 different levels, also one for the floor mode and for carpet mode, it is so easy to take it everywhere without worrying about the cable where to connect it, my favorite is multiplex wand because I can vacuum under bed so easy and the accessories, the multi-angle dusting brush can vacuum the walls.

It’s lightweight and easy to maneuver around my furniture and hard to reach corners. It has an excellent battery that stays charged for when I need it quick. I like this one much better than my other vacuum I had been using.
I bought this vacuum about a month ago, I have this type that I bought about a year ago. I decided I wanted one for my summer home. I love the other model. That would only be perfect if the handled folded. This one that I purchased a month ago has great power, but the over all design is horrible. It doesn't stand up on its own. The canister is smaller than the other one and the design of it doesn't hold as much dirt as the one I have already, plus it's on the back side making it top heavy causing it to not stand on it's own. The power head is smaller also. The model up from the one I love so much is no longer being offered. This one I purchased a month ago, for me is a great disappointment. Please bring back the LZ602, keep it the same if you have to, but allowing the stick to bend is a great feature that you have on some of your other ones. I also prefer corded.
Have it over a year. Second time now where the wand folds over for storage it has broken. Also, my lab's fur gets clogged at the neck from the floor head into the wand. I've owned shark products for years and have loved every product. Not this one and not for the price and hassle of getting a replacement part for it. Now twice.
Worst vacuum. 3rd month of having it and it socks up nothing. It is not clogged I clean it after every use the stuff picked up just falls out the bottom DO NOT RECOMMEND
We have had this cordless vac for a few years now and it served us well until we bought a dog. The main roller accumulated pet hair up inside the plastic roller guard which eventually caused the roller to stop turning. I tried to clear the problem but the roller is off kilter now. Only solution is to find just the floor attachment vs replacing the whole system.
