[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is one powerful cleaner. It does everything from wet mopping and sucking up the dirty water. It's easy to set up and use. Just add water and the cleaning agent and turn it on. With three basic modes of operation, it is not complicated at all. Plus, it's cordless. We have a lot of tiled area between the kitchen and the dining area, but a single charge lasts more than long enough to complete the job. The tanks are easy to remove and replace. The brush rollers are an interesting idea and seem quieter than brushes would be. The extra rollers and filter are a nice addition. The docking station is super wide and acts like a tray to catch any wetness from the cleaner. Recommended.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This vacuum not only vacuums your floors but also washes it as well. It's cordless so it's easier to move around and not have to deal with a cord. I love how easy it was to setup and how quickly it charges. But my favorite part of this vacuum is the smart sensor technology. Automatically when it senses the floor is dirty it will add the amount of cleaning solution and water needed to clean the floor. The display would change from red to blue once the area was clean. It does an amazing job at cleaning and vacuuming. Once the water tank is empty it will tell me on the display and also announce it as well. If you are looking for a new vacuum I highly recommend this one.
I am not good at cleaning and when mopping it can take a whole day. with this machine, i was done well within an hour. The wet paper towel test? it came up clean after using this machine. I've only had it a few weeks, so i can't speak on long-term effectiveness.
Great product for mopping but not a substitute for vaccum. I would still say its best to use a regular stick vaccum for vaccum and this product would be complimentary product for mopping the floor
runs smooth, cleans better both tiles and hard wood.
Cuts my work in half since it mops and vacumms at the same time. I gave it only 4 and not 5 stars because of its weight. It's like working with dumbbells. I used it so far three times since I got it over a week ago so I am not sure how durable it would be. The solution for this vacuum is also expensive and not readily available in stores.
After using it a few times, took a while to get use to, but now j know it pretty well, suction not bad, floor cleaning i guess it ok , i dont think it should take 1-3 passes to get a good strip of floor clean like it dont dispurse cleaning solution evenly . main thing I HATE WHY DOES IT VACCUM HARDWOOD, REG FLOORING BUT YOU CANT VACCUM CARPET. Id say thats my biggest peeve ..i wish i eould would of bought one that was for carpet too instead of having to have another regular vaccum , also cleaning solution is pricey. and rollers, and filters, battery life ok.
I ordered the model S5 but instead I received the S3. Not only that but the product was previously used by someone. Beware, this seller scammed me. Do not purchase from them
