I have had been using the Commuter case for iPhone 11, and now iPhone 13 Pro Max. It was well protected after I dropped my iPhones many times, no crack or broken. Love this good grip and the color.
I've consistently used Otterbox cases for 3 different phone upgrades over the years, and they never disappoint! My phone stays protected and in good shape no matter how many times I've dropped it (which is a good deal of times because I'm clumsy lol). Thank you again Otterbox!
Quality made protective case and probably one of the most courageous customer service departments in the USA! Never have disappointed with any my purchases! The Alpha Glass is, in my opinion, is the best screen protector on the market!
It's a good case but I don't like that the plastic comes apart from the soft part because it doesn't stay together at all. Need to make it one piece
it's a nice case i like it but everytime my phone is dropped it comes off my phone and my screen protector gets damaged. I've had several different otterbox cases and they offer a lot more protection and don't come off as easily. 3 stars because it is a good brand but this case probably is just not the best option.
The case just doesn't seem to fit quite right. The lightning port cover doesn't sit flush with the hard plastic. The “notch” cut out on the silicone at the top seems like it was designed for the 12 Max not the 13 Max as it's much wider than the actual notch on the 13. I ordered this the first day they were available and if I had to guess it's probably actually just a relabeled 12 Pro Max case. The packaging even has just a sticker slapped over where it would have been printed “12 Pro Max” Overall, it's not a bad case, but it's clearly just a repackaged 12 Pro Max case, and it just doesn't fit very well.
Ordered this case when I got my 13 Pro Max and it's just as good as I had with my previous iPhones. One issue I have thought is wireless charging. My phone came earlier in the day than the case and worked perfectly on my wireless stands, not flat pads. I then put the case on and it no longer wirelessly charges my phone. First world problems I know but I've invested money in wireless stands that are useless as long as the case is in my phone.
Been several yrs since I've purchased an Otterbox. I recently bought another Commuter when I purchased a new iPhone 13. The newer case seemed lighter and slightly less protective than the previous 2018 purchase. However, it is lightweight and slimmer. Button access is accurate. Color choice selection is, at the time of purchase minimal. Overall, I cannot complain, it's protective and stylish enough. But the older case seemed more substantial.
This case does not fit the iPhone 13 pro max. The rubber part that cover the volume and power buttons do not fit correctly. The internal rubber part of the case that makes contact with the buttons look like they are incorrectly designed. They should be flush or inverted with the buttons. they are raised causing the case to not fit.
The bottom by the charging port is already broken and I haven't even had it an entire month
