Good solution for supporting a window air-condition without requiring a lot of work. Having previously having to use plywood and 2x4's to support a unit, this makes a lot of sense. Where I put it in, the outside is stucco and not something you want to try drilling through.

The support does what it's supposed to do and it looks nice under the air conditioner and it does support it and it's not complicated to use
If you are installing a Window Unit Air Conditioner......? Purchase this support, and never worry about the weight of the unit pulling your window out or have the unit fall 10 stories... Easy to install, even has a LEVEL built in for accurate draining level..

Its holding up my A/C outside very well
I have 5 of these and once installed correctly your a/c isn't going to move much or fall out. It makes sitting the a/c unit into the window a lot easier. One person can install a small a/c from inside. You can get the angle just right for drainage using the built in level. They work great and I never have to worry about my window units falling out or breaking the glass from being too heavy. There is a 1 inch or more gap on the bottom and it will have to be filled with something. I used thin plywood and just measured, cut and caulked into place. On the outside I finish the installation using caulk and FlexSeal spray around the edges to seal it. Works great. I will never install another a/c without one of these.
I am suprise how simple is to install this, I Youtube how to install it and yes its very sturdy but yes you must have a drill and make sure to read the instructions well.
I specifically ordered this because I needed a no drilling application. There IS no drilling needed on the OUTSIDE wall but you do have to drill on the inside and I rent so this did not work for me. I returned it.
