Returned all Spectrum boxes and DVR. Have two LG TV's that won't accept Spectrum app so bought Roku sticks to access Spectrum account. Easy install, better than ever, easy installation once you get the stick attached to the HMDI port and the USB inserted for power.
I really like this product….ease of installation , quality and function all great! Also appreciate Walmart tracking my order when it appeared to be lost and making sure I received it. Lots of great friendly people assisted me with this at all levels! Thank you Walmart!
It is so much faster and more responsive than the original FireStick. I am very happy with the purchase. The only frustrating thing is Roku has removed some apps, yet they are loaded by default. For example, Tetris is no longer an option, yet it came pre-loaded on the device but the only option when attempting to launch it is to delete the app.
I ordered the Roku streaming stick to provide more channels for our television. We previously had Dish network but it had become a burden on our budget. Although I recently installed the Roku and have been pleased with the speed of installation and ease of operation.
So far working very well, but I have had the one before this one that the remote would not stay connected to the streaming stick
We've had our Roku for almost 6 months and it was easy to set up. I only ran into one issue with the device itself which only required me to unplug the USB from the wall port and the device cord in my TV and then re-hook it up and it was fixed. My husband and I absolutely love that we can watch our favorite stuff or new movies or TV shows on one TV. Plus the cost of the roku device is worth is the price. They have their own channels to watch or if you have other streaming services it's all available on one platform. We used to have to go to the living room to watch stuff now without the pricey cost of a smart TV we can use this device from the comfort our bed and there's even a Roku remote app that you can install.
The capability of this device is excellent however after 2 weeks of use I began having a problem. The picture darkened after 30 seconds on the same show. Switching to other apps had the same results. I switched to another Roku player and the setup worked fine. I'm returning the device.
Terrible. Paid for what appears to be a fake/knock off remote. No pairing button. Doesn't match the pictures on the packaging. Doesn't work. Buyer beware!
Ordered 3 Roku sticks for $19.99 each and my order was cancelled with no explanation as to why:( I went back on Walmarts website and the Roku stick was no longer at $19.99. My order should have been filled/honored regardless of the reason!
In October my roku device stopped working after receiving an error message and attempts of troubleshooting from customer support in which I was told a new device would be shipped to me. I have yet to receive a replacement device. It has been less than a year when my device stopped working properly and I believe it should be replaced. Thank you
