Love it! High quality & easy to set up and keep up. Fits 5 people more comfortably than 6 but love it anyway!
Easy to put up we have had 5 adults in it no problem. Took awhile to heat up in the colder weather but now it heats up fast. The bubbles are awesome. We have had many spas over the years. Spent thousands of $$. If it only last a couple years it's still worth it! Easy to maintain. Bought two of the intex seats they make it perfect height for us shorter ladies my husband uses it with the legs folded I use with them down. I prefer to my big spa at our second home! We are going to our summer hone soon so will be taking it down which is another reason why we bought it. Summers are hot and harsh in the desert. If you're looking for a nice easy tub for a great price this one fits the description!
*please note have not had it very long**Very pleasant surprise. Hemmed and hawed about getting one and finally made the decision and am very glad we did. When I purchased it, we had it the next day! Super easy to put together. Took about 2 full days to reach 104 degrees in around 55 degree weather. Very sturdy for being inflatable and affordable for a spa. If you are on the fence and can do this, take the plunge.
We are very impressed by this hot tub. We weren't sure what to expect with an inflatable tub. But it's awesome!! It's so sturdy. We are very happy with this purchase. Very easy to put together also.
Reading all the reviews I was worried some but my wife bought this for my birthday n I am VERY pleased with the unit. Not one issue with anything yet, it's been 2 weeks n I love it. 48 years old n I work 10 hours a day outside in the Florida heat and this is perfect, every night just before bed for 30 minutes and most joint n muscle pain gone!
I have only had my hot tub for a little over a month. I feel as though I have already got my money back with the time I have spent in the hot tub. Because of the jets not being water & air, but just air, it does drop the temperature by a few degrees within the 30 minutes. I set it on maximum 104 degrees & then when I'm ready to get out of the tub, it is down to about 100 or 99 degrees depending on how cold it is outside. The weather was in the single digits when we first got the tub. In warmer temperatures, it doesn't drop near as fast. We still feel that is was a great investment, especially when a full blown spa cost thousands of dollars more. The chemicals are easy to keep up with. The six man tub is probably really only comfortable for 4 or 5 people in reality. I could see it being tight for six people. The cover & tub seem to be very durable so far. We use it almost every night. It's very relaxing & I sleep like a baby after a session in the tub. We are very satisfied with the purchase & some of my friends have already purchased one as well.

The price is right. We have only had the spa for two weeks, but so far we are very satisfied. It took a couple of days to get up to temperature as per the instructions about 2 degrees per hour. It does drop a couple of degrees when in use but have had hard shell spas in the past that did the same. It was easy to assemble and had it up and full in little over an hour. The quality of the spas material it very good. The filters do need to be changed, after using it for two weeks we put new ones on and cleaned the old ones with a little bleach water. We did buy a skimmer to get bugs, grass, etc.. We also have a small vac that attaches to the hose and use it to clean the bottom. Bought the small skimmer and vac kit at. Wal mart. You will need this! So far we love it!
This hut tub came in a large box with multiple boxes inside, very well packed. The directions are really easy to follow. Set up in a few hours. Took about a half day to fill and a full 24 hours to heat. Made of really sturdy materials. We had researched for a long time to decide on what type of hot tub to purchase, including acrylic form fitting, trade shows and everywhere on the Internet. For us, this soft tub is going to give us more pleasure, fit more people comfortably and give all of us plenty of room. We couldn't be happier. I certainly recommend this product. For the price, you can't beat it.
After much research and reviews, we decided on this Intex Spa. We ordered the spa Thurs night and received confirmation from Windy City supplies that night with a delivery date and tracking number. We watched the video and had the spa up and filling within an hour and a half. We didn't want to spend thousands of dollars and this is the perfect solution for us. Easy set up, easy care and easy storage.
