Walmart has awesome customer service and you can talk to a real person. My product was here early and could not be happier. My son brought it to the back yard, but I put it together myself.
Love this hot tub!!! Jets are great, but they are loud. (If you watching iPad/tv makes it hard to hear). Does take a few hours to heat up. I turn my heat on in the morning to (102°) and it is usually ready by early evening. I would suggest investing in the INTEX cup holder...
Amazing!!! Best spa ever hear and bubbles are very relaxing, not a cheap made inflatable hot tub very comfortable! Watch-out easy to linger in the hot tub past 4 hours!
What a fun, refreshing toy. Wish I'd bought when they were reasonably priced . Having great times. Instructions were horrible for setup. Instructions are horrible for upkeep and proper chemicals.
I absolutely love my hot tub! It's the perfect size for my husband and I! It was really easy to set up and it filled up really quick. When we decided to turn the heater on so we could get in it took a day and a half for it to get to the temperature we wanted. I love the light feature and I love that it came with a good strong cover. This little hot tub was a great purchase at a great cost and I'm so happy that I got it!
This was a christmas gift for my husband. It was easy to install (if directions are followed). I love the LED color changing lights. The sides are so stury to be vinyl. We put in a tent wirh an air mattress for the ultimate hot tub date night.
Decided on this one after the thanksgiving $197 special one sold out in like 30 seconds. Took us awhile to set up and decided on putting in garage for winter after reading reviews. So far we have enjoyed it! The color changing light is fun! The headrests are kind of a joke because they only stay on if you have your body pressure against them. Lots of bubble pressure. The only complaint is that the blow up part that is used to cover the pool with isn't holding air. I'm in the process of trying to contacting the company to check on this.
We just got this hot tub last week and in less than 45 minutes, we had it inflated and filled with water. Being that we're in Minnesota, it took just about a day and a half to get it to 104 degrees, and it's holding the temperature nicely. We set it up in our garage on a piece of foam board as our garage floor is a little uneven and we wanted a little extra cushion between the bottom of the hot tub and the cement floor. It's super sturdy, even before filled. You can sit on the edge without feeling like it's going to cave over. We're very impressed by the force of the bubbles as we weren't expected them to feel as good as they do! Definitely recommend this as an option for anyone on a budget or who wants the ability to take it with them, wherever they go!
working great just have to know what chemicals to add. we called a pool place and told us what to use. we also got a bigger floater for the tablets. used for 2 weeks then got an E90 error meant no water flow filter clogged. cleaned filter
I'd give 0 stars! I bought to help with chronic pain. I got to use 4 months before breaking down. Finally Intex sent me base replacement after waiting almost 2 months! Then base missing part,see pic's. I thought I'll try put old 1 on new. I do have some tools but none of wrenches fit and it's tight space! I'm so very unhappy and so disgusted that Intex did this and excepts people know how to tear down and rebuild their products! I'll never buy this product again!
