I felt inclined to write this review on my wifes account. The set up was simple enough and the instructions are easy to understand. We bought this because it is smaller and figured it would be a easier on electricity. Keep in mind your bill will go up regardless. Its been colder here, 30s at night. Our bill went up $60 this month. But we use it every night at 102 degrees. I recommend turning it down to the 90s when not in use to save power. Goes up 1-2 degrees per hour depending on weather. The instructions actually say to take a shower before each use. Not only do I find that weird, but I think it ruins the initial relaxing feeling of getting into a hot tub. (I mean unless youre covered in mud) Just stay on top of maintenance to keep the water clean. This is very important because its only 200 gallons. They say 4 can fit in here, but not 4 adults. More like 2 adults and 2 kids. The bottom of the spa is actually very soft, not too shabby for being on the ground. I set it to 102 and by the time I get out 30 minutes later its around 100. It will lose heat even faster with the bubbles on. I actually dont mind the temp drop. I call this thing the Ghetto Tub but it doesnt have to feel ghetto. I built a deck for it. I wanted to share that here. I will attach pictures. Just need some 8 and 10 ft 2x6s. deck blocks, deck screws and waterproof sealer. Very easy, minimal cutting and you dont need to be a woodworker to figure it out. If you plan on running an extension cord, be sure to buy the most heavy duty one you can find. Anyways, we love this thing so far. Everything seems to be working properly. Time will tell but for now 5 stars for sure
I had this now for only a week, however I made a wise choice, I live in Florida so I set the temp to a nice 84 degrees also the sun beats down here so I do not want it that hot..the blower motor works well and very relaxing. It's a beautiful size for one or two...I don't see four adults in it at once unless people don't mind legs being crossed or sitting Indian style. For the price of an inflatable spa I think good. The plastic/ material use is made of a strong and sturdy. Reminds me of a rubber raft material I use to attach a motor to and hit the intercostal if I was to compare the material to something. I like the inflatable cover also with the straps. Keeps it hot and free of debri. I'm typing on my phone if there are any typos, good day.
I love this hot tub! Fast delivery, easy to set up, and works great. It a long time to heat up, so be patient or start off filling it with warm water. There are alot of jets and they are powerful. I have always wanted a hot tub and I am very pleased with my purchase. I highly reccommend this hot tub.
Very easy to set up, took a day to completely warm up but we absolutely love it. Came a day early too..
I haven't had a chance to try it out yet as I still need to take down and throw away the previous Pure Spa which is effectively the same as the Simple Spa. This is our 4th hot tub. The quality has slowly improved over time however the third tub would leak water in the walls and eventually caused the heater to trip the CGFI if enabled. The pump is better isolated in the later models. I didn't see a pump listed at the Intex web site so I'm hoping it is the same as the previous model since most of the parts are very similar.
It is very nice. The only reason I give it four stars but not five is because the instructions is not very clear. There was only one video of this particular product that I found on YouTube to put this together. Unfortunately the one part that was not shown on the video was the part I missed. I almost took it back because the round rubber I should have attached before screwing the attachments was not done since I did not see that on the video. But later a plumber cane and told me what was not done that was why is was linking. Since we did the right ting , it is perfect! I love it.
Family has enjoyed what little use we've had from it - it was very relaxing! However, we've only had it for 3 weeks, and it's only been set up for 2. We did everything we could think of and it keeps getting straight line failure holes - even where it's supposed to have that protective mesh covering. Pictured is the latest hole, which is on the exterior bottom - and is where the protective mesh is. We have NO idea what has caused it. We swept and sprayed down our concrete porch pad, laid everything out right, it's not close to any sharp surfaces... and yet have our 3rd hole in 2 weeks. Really nice, but definitely going to see about returning. I don't want one that we constantly have to patch and refill.
Top of the box is damaged. The box was left on the sidewalk outside our house where anyone walking/driving by could pick up and leave with it. Why wouldn't it be put on the porch ? We received and text email almost a hour after the delivery.
Bought this Jacuzzi in December 2020 and worked great for 3 months now I have a giant leak that drips constantly and cannot be fixed. What a waste of money!
Right out of the box it would not hold air for a day. Sent message to seller and they never responded. I bought on December for a gift in February to surprise my husband in the Arizona room I remodeled for him. So the return date had expired. I am very displeased.
