Good for the price

This inflatable hot tub is a cheap alternative to the real thing. The temperature is great when you first get in and cools down a little while sitting in it especially with more than 1 person but then the temp climbs back up and you find yourself pretty hot. Overall this is very cool and we have enjoyed it almost every day it is just a lot of maintenance. Also, the bubbles are not as strong as I would like but again for what it is not bad.

Wonderful purchase!

Love the quality and the ease of putting it together. The cover is also very well made! You can actually sit on the side because it is so sturdy, but we don't. We use it almost every night and enjoy this hot tub very much.

Great value.

For the money this is a great hot tub. Good quality pump. Pump is quiet, has good power. Tub construction is good quality construction. You have wide range of temp settings to enjoy it in hot weather or cooler weather. Comes with cover that locks and ground cover. Wireless control panel mounts perfect on the tub and it lays flat on the pump to re-charge. Easy to setup. Instruction are good. Some YouTube videos are outdated but can give you an idea for setup. Quick delivery.

Great Spa for your money.

Great jacuzzi, price not bad. California residents must pay extra $100 through shipping because of State Law.. Easy set up, bubbles are fantastic. LED lights are great. Just remember, heating is slow but well worth the wait once you get in and enjoy the 104 temperature and get back pain relief. Spa is very sturdy with wireless control, this is very nice with easy to read digital temperature. Motor is quiet which is a nice feature. Shipping was free and quick.

Loving my spa.

Spa is incredible!!! It is super sturdy . It heats up rapidly . There are plenty of jets to massage your body . Great value for the price . Only negative thing is it does not fit 4 adults . It fits 3 comfortably. I love all the accessories that came with it . Its super easy to work and to put together. It was shipped out immediately and we received before the delivery date.

Awesome! I owned a 30 amp two person hot tub that was out year-round and this is so much easier :-) it took about 30 minutes to put together and about five hours to fill it. Disappointed

Great seller. Disappointed in the product. This is my second tub. Pump failed on the first after 5 years and saw a deal on this one. 1st the wifi control panel was great for a week and then lost the connection. Cannot get it to connect anymore. Followed all the the steps in the manual and some YouTube recommendation does not work. Moved the router 10ft away. Contacted support NO RESPONSE. 2nd The touch screen on the control panel sucks. If you have the slightest bit of moisture on you fingure it will not respond. Even with dry hands it take a long time to respond. The manual says you can go up to 16ft from the base. If I hold it 3ft away it goes dead. I have to put it in the cradle to get it to come on and at times I cannot turn off the pump. I have to resort to doing a reset to get every thing to work again. 3rd The thermal cover is ridiculous. It is very heavy and awkward to get on and off. It is a chore just to get the cover off and back on. I went from using my old spa every night to occasionally using this one. Once or twice a week. 4th The Base/Pump seems to be brown not grey to match the tube as illustrated in the photos

Slow Leak Since Set-up

We love this hot tub; however, since setting it up it's had a slow leak that we cannot find the source of anywhere. We did find one area we thought was it underneath and patched it according to the directions, but that didn't work. We've troubleshooted, rubbed soap and water all over and emptied the tub twice looking for the leak to no avail. Going to return it.

Was great last year when I purchased it. This year it will not hold air. We found a small hole and patched it and it still won't hold air. A one year warranty does no good when it will be over a year when you are able to set it up again because we were still freezing in Ohio. Very upset!!!!!!!
