This hoverboard is amazing! It really did exceed all my expectations. I have seen plenty and have rode on some here and there but they always just seemed mediocre to me. After receiving this Hover-1 Rogue my son and I gave it a try and we loved everything about! Theres just so many features to enjoy! First off I love that there's a handle in the middle that you just pull on and it closes right up so you can carry it easily and store it so conveniently. When you ride on it the led lights change which adds to the fun! It's also very easy to pair to Bluetooth with your phone the speakers are pretty clear which I was pretty surprised. There is an app that can be downloaded that can track miles, trips, and GPS. It also beeps and flashes red when weight is unbalanced and the charge lasts up to about 4 hours. Max weight is 264 lbs and it recommendeds ages 15 and up. My son is soon to be 13 with proper protective gear he did just fine with it.. Overall this is a fantastic hoverboard you will not be disappointed.
My son absolutely loves his Hover board ! He now spends time outdoors. The quality is great and it was a great folding feature making it more compact and easy to store. It also has a great long lasting battery that last a long time. Not only does this Hover board look nice it's totally worth the money . The lights are really cool as well.
This hoverboard is amazing. Never owned one before and I feel the Rogue is definitely for an expert!! The features are amazing. The bluetooth is error proof and the speaker is crisp, clear and can get very loud. Definitely could hear the music even in traffic. Took a little bit to learn how to get it going and I think it would take awhile to build the confidence to ride on pavement and go fast. I love that it folds up and has a sturdy carry handle. It is on the heavy side so nothing I'd want to use to commute with. Would be very heavy to carry around when not able to ride it. The 10 inch wheels are great and I wouldn't want to ride with something smaller. The lights are an awesome addition. The color combinations are great but it's also very useful for riding later in the day. Thinking about getting the go kart accessory so my kids can ride around the neighborhood. This is sturdy and built to last. Not some cheap plastic product. Can't wait to try out the go kart accessory with these 10 inch wheels!! Definitely recommend!!!
What I like about the hover board is that it has a motor that runs well and is strong enough to move over bumps in the road. If you go too fast and bang into something the hoverboard is strong enough where it doesn't break and absorbs the impact nicely. What I don't like about the hoverboard is that its too heavy for a young person to carry and they might drop it on themselves. Overall I think the hover board is a good transportation because it has an easier learning curve than a bicycle. My 11 year old was able to get in it and move around within half hour. I highly recommend the hoverboard to because its a awesome and fun way to move around your neighborhood. The bluetooth music is a big plus and the charge holds up for long runs.
My kids immediately loved this hoverboard. They took to riding it no problem. I on the other hand almost broke my butt. Hahahah. I like that it folds up, which gives it a smaller footprint. It is a bit heavy, but it's manageable for my tweens, so it's not that bad. The movement of the hoverboard is very smooth too. I did find a rogue screw that fell out. I couldn't locate where it fell out from, so I'm not sure where it came from or if it's important. The hoverboard still seems to be working so... *shrug* The lights are really neat. We haven't used the bluetooth option yet, but it seems like it would be a fun component as well. My kids merely just want to utilize the basic hoverboard applications, so I don't even really know if we'll end up using the bluetooth at all. I wanted to upload a video of it in use, but the site will not allow me to do so. :(
I actually ordered this for my spouse who is an overgrown child. This thing is made exceptionally well. I love how it folds up so it doesn't take up a lot of closet space. They were very detailed when designing this....it even has a kickstand. The speakers are of good quality and surprisingly loud. It was also very easy to set up with the app. My spouse is 160lbs and it did not drag or anything. I would have to say it is worth every penny. A+
SUPER SLICK LEDS (NOT over the top) wanted BLACK but was sold out when bought. I didn't realize the height until arrived & the weight, glad it folds up though & has a solid handle. Feels like 20Lbs+ (switch arms & my workout for day). I initially gave it a wipedown, then charged it for 5 hrs. to make the battery last longest. Charger light kinda hard to see on angle, and was very warm to touch! TOOK ME 10+ MINUTES TO GET USED TO IT, Follow instructions!!! SUPER SMOOTH RIDIN! Sometimes I get off bance then it turns, but need to push back with other side. LUV THE SPEAKER!; it is on one side, but powerful enough to start the hips swaying! Super convenient when I lazy in my house OR head over to park. BIGGER/TALLER/HEAVIER! than shown I really could not believe the size after seeing these hot trend 7-10yrs ago kid ones Solid construction metal & plastic(/fiberglass?) Says 9mp max ((MIEDO to test that, unless like segway) On box is it 7 or 9 we'll have to test? GLAD I CHOSE this over scooter but kinda wish had a post like a segway for balance.
My kids and I both love this hover board. First things first, a helmet is a must. Especially, if you are new to hover boards. its takes some time to get use to but when you do. Its plenty of fun for everyone up to 285lbs. I even got on it and it held and moved well. i made sure to fully charge the scooter before use. After that it was a matter of who goes first lol. It was easier than i expected and faster than I imagined. The lights are cool and the movement is very smoothe, once you get a hang of it. When you're done and ready to put it away it folds away and is easily put away in a closet. That is the coolest feature and one if the reason I have become a fan. I would highly recommend this. It's awesome and even made it to the corner store and back without any problems. I love it. We all love it. It's amazing.
We've had this Hover board Rouge for a couple of months now. While we love it, we also have a few problems with it that I would like to address. First, we received a dented box which unfortunately means a broken fender. The plastic tabs on the fender that allow the fender to be attached to the base were broken. This is something that needs to be reinforced to avoid defect and they need more padding to protect the Hoverboard inside. After all, it is a very expensive toy. Second, when the kids are using the hover board, they keep on commenting how sometimes, it is very hard to turn or turning has a very slow response. We do not know what is causing it to act funny and we will never find out since I did not get a support after asking about the issue. Third, this hoverboard may be portable but it is HEAVY! Now there are things that we love about this hoverboard. The weight capacity is 264 lbs so it is great for adults who wants to give it a try. The battery also lasts us a long time. The bluetooth is great! We all have the apps on our phones under 1 account and it is very easy to connect and play music while riding. We also love that the LED lights can be manipulated through he app. Now this hover board has different modes, I think it is set to beginner's mode as default so if you are good at hover boards already, you can go to the app and choose your level of experience. The app is definitely a great tool. There's a GPS, battery percentile, it can show how fast you are going, and a lot more settings. So overall, we like this hoverboard despite of the issues we have. We will probably just glue it together so the fender doesn't come loose and rattle while it's in use.
My son loves this. Within minutes he figured out how to ride it and maneuver through the house on it. It folds up nicely and pretty compact but it is pretty heavy. I gave it 3 stars cause It didn't come with a charger so we weren't sure it needed one but found out. I later found out it does need one. So it pretty much just sitting in the corner right now.
