[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pros: hot + cold brew, easy to use, works well, single serve, small machine, dedicated scoop, easy to maintain, brews fast, reusable coffee filter Cons: none The Mr. Coffee Iced + Hot Coffee Maker is super nice! This coffee maker is very easy to use, it's fast, it works well, and I love how compact it is! This coffee maker arrived packaged extremely well. The instructions for how to clean and use the coffee maker are very straightforward. You are supposed to wash the tumbler, lid, straw, coffee flitter, coffee scoop, and brew basket. Only the coffee filter and brew basket are dishwasher safe, everything else is hand wash only. Then you fill the tumbler with water to the designated water line, dump it in the water reservoir, correctly insert the brew basket + filter, plug it in, and then hit press the Hot Brew button. Then you discard the water from the tumbler, rinse it, and then coffee maker is ready to use. There are detailed instructions for making both iced and hot coffee, and it comes with a convenient scoop to easily know how much coffee grounds to add for each version of the coffee. To make iced coffee you: plug in the unit, fill the tumbler to the water line, dump the water in the reservoir, add coffee to the basket using the iced side of the coffee scoop, fill the tumbler to the ice line with ice, replace the tumbler under the machine, close the lid, and then press the Over Ice button. It's super easy to make iced coffee in just a few minutes with this machine. It also makes super delicious iced coffee and has options for how much more to add if you want a stronger brew. Making hot coffee is also super easy. All you do is: plug in the machine, grab whatever mug you'd like to use and fill it up with however much water you want to use. I use around 8 ounces. It says to use taller mugs to avoid splashing and it really does splash less if you use a taller mug. Then pour the water in the machine, add the coffee to the basket using the hot side of the coffee scoop, then close the lid and hit the Hot Brew button. The coffee comes out super-hot, delicious, and fast! I prefer a bolder brew so I add in a little extra according to the guide in the instructions. Once done brewing and the machine has cooled the only maintenance required is to empty and rinse the brew basket + filter, and empty the drip tray if needed. One of my favorite things about this coffee machine is that it's so small! One serving at a time is perfect and this machine is so slim, compact, fits nicely on my counter, and looks really nice in the process. Overall, this is a really nice coffee maker! It's very easy to use, you can brew hot or cold, it's fast, it works well, and it's a great size! I would absolutely recommend it!

The instructions were simple with no confusion. I ran it the first time as directed and it was perfect and so easy! This has made my mornings much easier and has helped me save money not buying energy drinks on the run or stopping for a coffee. This is a must have, especially if you had a different brand before and can't afford it, this is much more simple, easy to clean and get things going! Love this and it's price!

I love that it does both hot and cold. The measuring and tumbler are nice extras. Easy to use and clean. Already bragged about it to friends and family.
Just had to be shipped versus store did not have in stock. Took a number of days to arrive and had a false alert to delivery several days before hand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm really happy with the Mr. Coffee Iced & hot Coffeemaker. The size of the machine is compact so it doesn't take up much cheaper other space and the tumbler sturdy, thick, plastic as is the straw. It took me a few tries to get the iced coffee right. I learned the size of the ice does matter as if it small it melts fast so large cubes are the best I have found. The coffee comes out hot so the tumbler needs to be full of ice when it's brewing. I'm still experimenting with different iced coffee recipes but my favorite so far is Starbucks Maple Pecan coffee grounds with Torani Salted Caramel syrup.
What I really like about this coffe maker? Everything! I love the fact we are not wasting coffe anymore. Before getting this maker, many pots of coffee woukd go straight down the drain. I love too that the measurements are easy. The ice coffee is a nice touch to this machine. Definitely recommend.

Here are the pros: The coffee maker feels well made, with a slim profile and a very smart way to store your scoop. The scoop for your coffee has a small one for when you want a hot coffee and a larger side for when you need a concentrated hot coffee to pour over your tumbler full of ice. The tumbler is a perfect fit for the machine and well made. I like that the brew basket is easy to remove and clean. The coffee spout swivels out of the way. You can also easily see the water level when filling. Cons: I don't like that it's only made for one drink at a time. The basket is very hot afterwards so you either have to wait for it to cool down or carefully dump the old grounds to make a new cup of coffee. Also be careful when making the 2nd cup of coffee too soon, because when filling with more water steam shoots up at you. I learned that the hard way. Also, the machine will use all of 5je water you put in, so no way to add extra water before hand. So if you live alone then this is basically a one person hot coffee Brewer that is tall enough to accommodate your tall tumbler filled with ice. The brew head tries to soak all the coffee grounds but a lot of it goes to waste because its aimed right at the center like most all other coffee makers are. In conclusion, we enjoyed making the iced coffee but after trying it out came to the realization that we can do the same with any other coffee maker, be it a Pod or a pour over or even an espresso maker. Just brew it extra concentrated then add it to a tall glass with ice. Will still keep it when one of us wants to make an iced coffee and the other will just use another machine for the hot.
Sleek looking, great price,but several cons. If you want a regular size cup of coffee, it's a long distance from spout to cup and tower gets splashed. Grounds are hard to get out of permanent filter being that it's small. Drip pan will need cleaned several xs since hot grounds are in permanent filter before cooled enough to remove.
