The phone works perfectly fine so far and somewhat came in good condition it has dents and scratches on the outside which us somewhat expected for a refurbished phone in good condition
This phone looks like a child owned it before me. The screen is very scratched and the edging is pretty damaged. That being said, the phone seems functional
The item had some many scratches, that wasn't describe for the item
After about 3 months a white line suddenly appeared out of no where going down my screen this very annoying
I have experienced really good deals buying refurbished iPhones. But it was a terrible experience this time. I don't recommend it. Not good screen.
Received the phone, hooked it up. Experienced problems from the start. Spent 3 weeks between Walmart, Synergy (who only communicates in text), T mobile, and Apple. Finally, Apple indicated that it is a stolen item and also reported as water damaged. Walmart, thus far has recommended that I return the STOLEN product to the THEIVES for a refund. READ THAT AGAIN. Does this make ANY sense to anyone?? Still pursuing the matter with Walmart. NEVER AGAIN!!!!
I dislikes the fact that the battery in this phone was not working properly!!! (Wasn't taking a charge) I had to take the phone to get a new battery the day after I received it. Would love to have a refund for battery replacement and would gladly give a better review.
The worst purchase I have ever made at Walmart, please do not buy here since they hire thief carriers who steal the product such as ON TRAC. I ordered a cell phone which never arrived, only the charger arrived and Walmart never responded for this inconvenience. I contacted them and they were rude people who do not care that I lose $400 without having a product, the boxes came tampered with and with another tape that is not the Walmart one, I will never buy through this application again
this is a iphone 12 not 13 i haye being disappointed
I didn't like it because the phone came very damaged from the edges! It looks very damaged and the specifications don't say that.
