I am so glad I took advantage of the deal Pro-Form offered. I can workout whenever I want and not waste time getting to and from a gym. Coupled with the iFit platform, this provides me a perfect setting to get a complete workout. Compact, versatile and easy to use, I wholeheartedly recommend this elliptical.
I've been using my HIIT H7 machine for just over a year now and I love it! I'm a 29 year old grad student who needed something to get me up and moving between writing and working. Initially I was torn between the H7 and the H10/H14 but decided the deal for the H7 was too good to pass up. I was slightly worried about the smaller screen size but it has been just fine for me and I can see the video and displays clearly. I had considered getting an elliptical (like the carbon EL or E10) but decided the HIIT machine was more compact and would fit better in my apartment space. I see and feel an improvement in the musculature of my legs and glutes as you would expect with a stair stepper. This is a great choice for a nice cardio workout!! It is a great piece of equipment to add to your home gym. It was fairly easy to put together with the help of my husband. Overall, this machine and the many iFit hiking, walking, and ski touring series have really increased my endurance and improved my relationship with exercise - I actually look forward to working out now.
The HIIT H7 has been a wonderful addition to our family's fitness routine. It is challenging and has many engaging workout programs. My son is overweight and is hard to motivate to exercise. He was able to find a program that he has greatly enjoyed and willingly exercised. My husband and I have also found programs that were both challenging and enjoyable. We have learned a lot about proper exercise as well. The machine it self has been great. It is easy to use, has had no major problems, and fits nicely into a small space. It doesn't feel in the way at all. It is also quiet which is great for me because I exercise in the mornings before everyone wakes up whereas the rest of my family exercises in the afternoon. I whole heartedly recommend this machine.
Love it. The only drawback is that there are no specific FIT videos for this machine. With that said, you can use the videos for other machines (treadmill, elliptical, etc.). Would say that I have had this since 2020 and would be great if ProForm had some sort of trade in to upgrade, but was told this was not an option. Overall, no significant complaints...it is a bear to put together
This machine does it all! I have nothing negative to say. I have never felt better. No need to continue at the gym with this equipment at home.
I had a belt break within the first four months of owning this machine and then had to diagnose the problem before a tech was scheduled. Support and service took over a month. This product is about the only one I'd really suggest getting a extended warranty - because you'll most likely need it.
I am so glad I got this machine and wish I had bought it earlier. I bought it with an iFit membership and love the hiking workouts. My only complaint is with the electronic interface. Every few times, I have to re-enter my password to iFit (so pick an easy password). Then, the buttons on the screen do not always pick up the touch (maybe the button is too small to read that it's being hit?). Also, probably every other time, the workout doesn't start and instead goes to a ‘Retry' button which takes me back to the beginning of the process. I always start my apple watch as I'm futzing with the screen, and it takes from 1-5 minutes to get my chosen workout going.
I have terrible popping, snapping and bumping sounds. I have tightened both Allen wrench and hexagon bolts several times but continues to interrupt my household and workout. Some of its coming from inside the main body which was not put together but sent. Also the touchscreen is fickle. Don't get me wrong, I adore my machine but I'd love it if it didn't do all that.
Good elliptical, lots of bells and whistles. I didn't think I would like the iFit trainer part of it but I actually love it. I also like that we can set up multiple users so we can individually track ourselves. The only not stellar part is it squeaks a bit and that can be annoying. Overall a great purchase.
It would be better if the screen has tv or app downloaded feature so we can download youtube and watch. To watch something i need subscriptions and watch their videos.
