I love my Proform. It's easy to step onto, choose what program on ifit I want and click, I'm on my way. The instructors are informative and pleasing to look at. There are so many programs and levels to choose from. All of this from the proform!
Love love love my pro HIIT trainer! I've had it for 2 years now and work out 4 times a week religiously. Love the IFIT programs which provides plenty of variety to keep the boardom away and keeps things from plateauing. I would recommend the extended warranty. With in the first six months I had to have a service call to replace 2 bearings on the right side, unfortunate but it all worked out and it's been running smooth ever since. As a reference I'm 5'0 130 lbs. This machine is recommended for someone over 5' which is understandable since the handles are a stretch and the top handles only work when I'm on my tip toes which works out good when I really want to get my calves a good workout. This machine is very sturdy and takes up minimal space. No complaints love this machine!
I absolutely love this machine. The work outs you get are intense. Also IFit program and instructors make you feel like you there with them. I'm so happy with this purchase. One of the best purchase I've made. Can't say enough!!!!!!!!!
With all of the different videos that include novice to expert, the pro HIIT H14 enhances your cardio to the level you want. I was to train for Mt Humphreys with increasing intervals and train for Spartan races. As with any workout, train at the intensity for your desired outcome. This machine will get you there.
I have loved using my stepper over the last several months! The machinery is silent and it doesn't take up loads of space. I enjoy using the Google maps feature to go for a walk around a local trail or take a walk in a European city! The trainer led hikes and workouts are also a great workout. The only things I don't love is there's not a manual setting for when I don't want a guided program and that the built in heart rate pads read my heart rate lower that it is.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love it great workouts! You get full body exercise and good sweat. The iFit works well too. Missing a star because has to reach out to warranty to get some parts fixed already, kinda of a bummer.
It's not very sturdy, and squeaks horribly. I'm only 5'5" and 125lbs, so I'm disappointed how rickety it has become with use, given that there is a shock-absorbing mat under the machine. Because this was bought at the beginning of the pandemic, having the ability to pay for it to be assembled wasn't an option. It's an awesome workout, and I'm fairly disappointed by the loud squeaking/wobbly construct.
Overall I do use the machine here and there but I have not been as happy with it as I had hoped to be. I have not figured out a way to turn this machine off and on without unplugging it. It squeaked for about the first 8 months of use. It seems to be made for a very very tall person. I am 5'9" and using the arm part of the machine feels like a stretch for me and it often cramps up my neck and shoulder muscles. I have thought about returning it because it is very large and I don't use it nearly as much as I would if it didn't crap my shoulders. The squeak was obnoxious but that seems to have gone away recently.
When my machine arrived the Techs who installed it were very nice but as I started using the machine it started to fall apart literally, the screws were falling out and I couldn't tighten them because the screw were stripped during installation. The Ifit programs are a bit expensive. It's ashame that it doesn't come with the purchase of the machine. Other than that, I do enjoy the workout but if I knew how expensive the program was I most likely wouldn't have bought it.
I love working out on the Proform elliptical. It's fun and motivating to watch a video and listen to an encouraging instructor. The problem is that OUR Proform came with huge damage. So Proform sent me parts and I tried to put the pieces back together but didn't have the correct tools. So they sent a guy out who discovered more problems inside the machine in addition to the twisted metal on the outside. So he ordered more parts. The thing finally got out together (never did get all of the parts but good enough). And since then the Proform had been prone to squeaks and broken bolts. Yes, I work out hard but they anticipate that right? So the workman came out again and again... Maybe 5 times in total. He asked me not to tell Proform that he hasn't been able to fix the machine repeatedly. This left me to missing use of the machine for months waiting for parts and the repair person. It is out of warranty now... And had started squeaking again. Probably, assuredly, something is about to break again. The last word, this machine is overpriced given it's lack of reliability.
