I've been using the split-screen camera for about a month now and absolutely love it! The picture clarity for both regular and night vision is excellent. This is our second baby monitor, and this one is much better. Cameras pair to the unit very quickly, the battery life so far has been fantastic, picture quality is good, and it's easy to use. I'm not sure how far the range actually goes, but so far, I haven't had any range issues. After looking at several different dual-camera monitors, this one seemed to be far ahead of the others.

I absolutely love this baby monitor! I would recommend this to anyone that wants a clear view of their baby at night. We have used others in the past and this one is the best. The picture is so clear and the signal reaches really far.

This product will break within 6 months, charger will stop working, you will go back and forth with the call center in the Philippines and they won't honor their warranty. Save yourself the money and your sanity.

A disappointment

I loved this monitor system… for 8 months until it stopped holding a charge. I tried to contact VAVA since it's less than a year old and should be under warranty. They refused to help stating that it wasn't bought directly from their own website. I now have a $250 paper weight. Do not buy this or any VAVA product since they do not stand behind their warranty.

Not worth the money

Wouldn't waste money on this monitor. Within 5 months it stopped taking a charge. We have tried new chargers but nothing helps. We would constantly plugging it in and it would not charge. Very frustrating. Manufacture needs to remake this entire monitor. For how much people are spending on this monitor definitely should have more features.

I purchased a Vava monitor through Target less than 6 months ago. It is faulty and does not work unless it is plugged in— defeating the purpose. After many emails with Vava Customer Support, I was promised a replacement that has not arrived after weeks of waiting and reminder emails. I have an infant and do not have time to keep sending reminder messages. I have provided the company with proof of purchase, all the requested serial numbers, and a video of the issues. I now want to share my experience and buy a new monitor from a competitor. I do not recommend a Vava monitor.
