I bought a Roblox gift card for my grandson it would not arrive on time I called Walmart The agent told me to get a digital gift card and return the physical gift card when it comes now Walmart doesn't want to take the card back, so I get stuck with a 50.00 gift card.
I was giving this as a birthday gift. Added this to my pick up cart… then learned later that it was not processed with the dollar amount. Very disappointing to go through the process of another purchase. Please make sure the associates complete gift cards with dollar amount… meaning you can't trust gift cards for pickup transactions.
Ordered this product online from Walmart. It was never scanned by the store to activate. It has no value until scanned. Customer service asked me to take it to the store. At the store they told me there is nothing they can do. Paid $25. for a gift card that cannot be used. Useless and waste!
I bought this gift card for a 12 year boys birthday present on 8/5/23 gave it to him later that afternoon only to find out when he went to use it there were no funds on the card. I went back to the store that I purchased it from today to get the card activated for the kid and was told by management that it was not something Walmart could do anything about that it was a non-refundable purchase. So, now I have to either be out my $50 and fight with the card company to try to get my money. This is not an acceptable answer from Walmart. Walmart should fix the problem if the card was purchased in there store and it should be up to Walmart to figure out what happened not me. Walmart took my funds which my receipt shows and now says that it my problem to figure out how to fix it. Very bad customer service.
First time ourchasing gift cards. Purchased Roblox and Fortnite $50 each for our boys for Christmas. Entered the pin, from a computer, NONE of them work. 2 hours 43 mins on phone. Still dont work. Cant add them to the gamers account. Not on play station not on brand new x box. Will never purchase again. $150 waisted and no usable gift for the kiddos. PURCHASE ONLINE AND DELETE CARD OFF ACCOUNT WHEN DONE KS THE EASIEST WAY !
Walmart is sending gift cards that are not loaded and giving the run around about which department is in charge of the situation. From the gift card department to Walmart.com department on one will help you with this issue. It's definitely a scam because you are paying for something you're not receiving. Do not purchase at all.
I ordered a physical card from Walmart.com and they sent me an unactivated card. When I called they told me I had to call Roblox about the error message. Roblox, after sending them all my purchase information, pictures, etc. told me the card had never been activated and there was nothing they could do. I would have to contact Walmart (again) to handle the problem. After 30 min with the customer support agent, the only thing he could do was write down the numbers on my card and send the information to the Walmart gift card department to see if they could activate it. I'm still waiting to see if my issue ever gets solved. I don't recommend buying their Roblox cards online.
The gift card did not have a balance
I purchased a Roblox gift card 100.00 and was scammed I got the card with no money on it. This was a online purchase
Well, for starters I ordered 2 Roblox cards t $25.00each for my 2 grandsons fpr Valentines day, online, all was good or so I thought till, on Valentines Day when they tried to use them but, unfortunatedly Walmart did di activate them !!! So I went into the local Walmart, and was told I had to call Walmart.com to fix this !!! I called Walmart.com and was told they would send info to manager, no resolution, as usual, I need my money back, cause I had to go elsewhere so I could give my grandkids their present!!! Bad customer service I am a Walmart plus member, I want my money back, this is unfair.
