The unicorn talks and tells her what to do and what she needs done. It comes with a doctor bag to put all of her medical equipment in. has a cast for the arm or leg and a cast for the horn which I personally think is adorable. She sleeps with the unicorn every night. It's super plush. I highly recommend the Barbie dreamtopia unicorn to any child. 5 stars from this happy mom and child.

This toy comes with doctor tools to fix up your hurt unicorn. The Barbie carrier it comes in is also adorable and she carries it around everywhere. The unicorn also makes horse type noises when you press its foot or under its chin. So cute! I would recommend for any child that loves unicorns or likes to act like a doctor. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited to give the Barbie Dreamtopia Kiss and Care Unicorn Doctor set to my third-grade niece for her birthday! It is perfect for her because she's a huge horse fan, she absolutely loves plush toys and even collects unicorns and ponies, and she has just become a huge fan of carrying a purse. The cutest aspects of this set involve the actual unicorn on this horse. There is a tiny plastic cast for the unicorn! How creative is that? Also, the unicorn lights up (see my pictures below). The cute backpack is full of nursing items, and it's the perfect size for a small girl. The unicorn plush fits in the backpack, but more often my niece packs her little wallet, her play cell phone, and a journal in it. She carries it everywhere. She brings it to our house and takes it along to visits at Grandpa's. There is room enough in the backpack for other little toy items she likes bringing with her, as well.

You can press on the unicorn's top left hoof to have Barbie talk and to have the unicorn horn light up. The set is listed as coming with the unicorn with light up horn, tutu, rainbow bag, ice cream treat, bottle, stethoscope, cast and horn cast. For those of you who may not have received everything I did, the tag on the rainbow bag said they are constantly improving and updating their products, so items may vary. My daughter loves to play doctor and loves unicorns, so this is a great toy for her. It was really sweet to watch her play. She would listen to the unicorn's heart with the stethoscope and put the horn cast on the horn. Afterward, she would give it an the ice cream treat for being a good unicorn during treatment. We did find the horn cast is a little loose, so it will fall off if tipped to the side or upside down. Also, we weren't sure where the cast was supposed to be used for because the tail is too thin and the leg was too thick. If I put it on the leg, it didn't fully close but this did not distract from the fun. Overall, my daughter had fun playing doctor with her unicorn. It's really nice that the unicorn set comes in a rainbow bag where you can carry all the accessories and she can take it with her to play. She really like the Barbie Dreamtopia Unicorn Pet Doctor and its cute. This would be a nice gift for kids.
