[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to pair with the 55” Terrace TV. Definitely a must have. Although TV sounds good, the sound bar improves the sound in my outdoor space. The down side is there is no way to secure bar discreetly. Anyone could walk off with it. Also, the mount brackets that attach to the TV are unattractive. TV is on articulating mount so sound bar is mounted directly to TV instead of wall. Could use some sort of cover on mounting brackets for a neater appearance. Sound bar is not very stylish, but it does the job. And my number one complaint is the GIANT brick power supply. I managed to hide it behind TV, but Samsung should supply power directly from TV for a streamlined installation. I had to change my outdoor all weather receptacle to accept the angle plugs and get creative with hiding the BRICK behind TV.

I have had this this the outdoor terrace 65 inch set up for two full seasons. Sometimes we would find connection problems . At the end of this season , we could not reconnect speaker to tv. We shut down , and are hoping with the long shut down they will find themselves again. No question, picture ,purpose , sound is of top quality.
Company sent a small bogus box instead of my Samsung sound bar to act as they had it delivered. Then Walmart did NOTHING to assist me with trying to get my refund stating “ it's a third party company “ so YOU must reach out to them. Company had a phone number that rang but the went a voicemail that was always FULL so you could not leave them a message. I most disappointed with Walmart because their customer service department would not help me and gave me bogus incident numbers to get rid of me knowing that that they were NOT trying to follow up on my claim that the company never sent the $1200.00 sound bar to me. I am considering to never shop a Walmart online ever again or know to NEVER buy something from them that comes from a third party because they obviously are NOT checking to see if these are legitimate companies that honor what they state they will send when you buy a product from them!!! One of Walmart's representatives even stopped talking to me, after I still didn't hang up, she hung up on me to get rid of me instead of trying to help me. I have no respect for Walmart online customer service support %26 Walmart as a whole any longer after this experience. I eventually just had to call my credit card company to report the incident and request a refund for the product that I NEVER received! Thank goodness for that avenue for me to go to!!!
