[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was easy to set up and use, right out of the box. A quick wash and some water-only test runs, and I was all set to go. The blinking while it warms is an easy indicator of when it's ready, and using the coffee cup side is very intuitive and produces a good cup of coffee. I am less familiar with the espresso pod side, but the instructions made it clear enough I was also able to work that without much issue. With just a little bit of warm up, I can have a pretty solid cup of coffee at any time of day. I also appreciated the included basket for coffee grounds. I have plenty of them around, and it's nice that I have the option to use them instead of having to rely on a premade cup.

The ability to make different types of coffee at the touch. We were so amazed by how easy it was to use, within a few minutes we had the perfect cup of coffee for us. Its adjustable cup holders are also a nice addition so that we can get a different sized drink with ease. Overall we really like this coffee machine and recommend it for coffee lovers!

I replaced my Hamilton beach k cup and big pot combo with this as I never used the big pot and I'm so glad I chose this one! Only thing bad I have to say is it is a little loud but it doesn't bother me at all! I included a video of it brewing me a cup so you can see. Please don't be like me and get so excited and not check the whole machine. I almost though mine didn't work because i didn't remove the plug. You can choose what size of cup you want brewed and size for the espresso side. I like how the lid is for the water it's easy to lift and it stays on so you don't have to worry about it dropping. It's the perfect size and comes packaged good so you don't have to worry about getting a broken machine if you order it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ups of this coffee maker is that it makes good coffee and espresso also I like the options of cup sizes from 8oz,10oz,or 14oz for coffee and 1.35oz, 2.7oz or 5oz for espresso. It's also easy to clean and it's not as big as it looks on the box, it fits perfect on my coffee stand. The only thing I don't like about it is that it vibrants loud.
Buttons are unresponsive to touch most of the time. Only makes 3 oz of coffee on the biggest setting half the time
