This is an awesome washer we have used it a couple of times since purchasing. Has WIFI built in and one of the best washers so far we have had. Doesn't take up a lot of space and it's easy to connect.
I love GE washers; they tend to live longer than other brands (my last one was 15 years old when I bought this one). This model's capacity is HUGE; at least 2 x's more clothes fit in it and get cleaner than the previous model. I actually emptied my linen closet, rewashed all of my towels and couldn't believe how fluffy and bright they all were. Seriously, this machine is fantastic. I am still amazed every time I load the washer; I have never seen a home washer with the capacity of this one. I like impeller units over agitators because they are more gentle and less likely to tie everything into knots. I wash a lot of varying degrees of delicate fabrics. This washer so far has brightened everything noticeably. It's surreal. I am very happy with this model. It not only does a fantastic job cleaning and brightening our clothes, towels, bedding etc but the washer and dryer are beautiful machines. It's a shame my laundry room is in my cellar where only the family can see them. If you are still comparing brands or models,BUY THIS MACHINE! I can't say enough about this set. Truly fantastic. Worth every penny
I've only had this washer for 2 days and already love it! I'm still learning all the features but it's so easy to use. I was a little nervous reading prior reviews saying it was loud and to be honest, it's no louder than any other washer. Hoping to get this paid off quickly so I can get the matching dryer.
This washer is very efficient and gets our clothes clean! I love that I'm able to customize the cycles too! The only downside that it's pretty loud! I almost returned it for that reason, but like ever else so we just got used to the mouse.
Appearance appeals to the eye,layout of controls simple, yet easy to use,touch screen is sensitive to touch like smart ph,main control knob in center,takes care of guess work for selection made,water level,water temp etc.a larger than avg.washer.would recommend
Love delayed start, cleans very well, has extra large capacity, app lets you know how long cycle has remaining and when the load is complete.
My new dryer was just installed today. Everything seems to be prefect but I have a little concern when it comes to the scratches and stains on the inner back panel of my dryer. With is being new, it alarmed me a little. The product seems to be drying great and easy to work!
So I have had this washer now a year - it is great on being energy efficient and washing our clothes. However there is already a crack in the washer lid that we are working on repairing. My suggestion is to get a warranty for sure!
The appearance was nice, but the technology was not as sophisticated as the specifications claimed to be. unfortunately, on every cycle, no matter how small or large at altered the loads to be it would jump around viciously. I do believe the sensors were not properly tested to manage various loads sizes. performance wise It didn't handle Clothes, sheets towels well. There are only two people In my home and one of them is gone for the summer so that tell That I did not have a large quantity of materials to place in the appliance it didn't handle anything well maybe it was just the one I got, but unfortunately, you're buying a product at this cost you expect it to be operable. Trying to match material with material is unreasonable (e.g. cotton with same density of cotton ). you should be able to use it regardless of what you're putting it I mean, unless you're trying to stuff XL California King size comforter. Then that's unreasonable. It should not jump around with 2 sheer curtain panels or two towels placed separately. I think that the attempt for Smart appliance wish too much. There were too many settings and The technology with the sensors couldn't keep up, bottom line.The appliances try to use to many smart options with the more challenging it becomes The engineers need to figure out how to balance the loads with the sensors.
This is one of the worst washing machines I've ever had. The whole panel gets locked randomly, and then the lid won't shut because the lock is on, and the panel won't work. I've tried unplugging it, resetting it and turning the breaker off. None of that works.
