Since purchasing the ASUS RT-AC65 Router, I have been able to experience the best Internet connections since I signed up for Internet connection. The signal constantly has been strong and steady with no weakness in transmission. Thank you very much, ASUS.
Cost. It where it should be. Ive tried to use the cheaper one like 4. Asus is the one for me
People need to realize the router is only as good as the input from your cable. I live in a 2500sqft ranch and the signal is strong 3 to 4 out of 4 bars in every part. The router is centrally located an sits no higher than 3ft off the ground. Mounting it higher and more in the center of the house would be advisable but not practical. Practical being wife not liking the appearance of router in the center of the great room.
Good price, very easy to put into service, works as it should. No problems with the installation or use. Purchased to split a 5.0 Ghz feed into 2.4 and a 5.0 Ghz feeds. A 2.4 feed was required to support some devices that would not work on a 5.0 network.
Works just like it should. install was simple and took aoout 10 minuets, but I must admit that I am not sure if I am using all the features.
Needed another wireless access point, so added another ASUS to the other Asus devices I already have. Setup flawlessly as expected and works great
Support was terrible! NINE calls made, all were dropped, only 2 got call-backs, they were uncertain as to which dept. was responsible, no real help.
Sound product, being a tech illiterate; i hope the parent controls and site blocks. Fast, affordable, never an issue with connection and it stays cool.
After jumping through all the hoops the technician told me I had to have a wired device to program the wireless router. The key word being wireless. Most Laptops don't have Cat 5 connections anymore. So this product is useless to me.
Unable to get in GUI to disable the SIP where can I find NAT pass-through to set SIP pass-through to disable.
