Good product for a reasonable price that comes with a 30 day free trial to ifit.
Got this in January and 2 family members have been using it regularly. We love the Ifit programming that goes with. Went hiking in May and definitely feel the difference it has made.
Love the combination of stairmaster/elliptical motion, plus the various position options for hand placement. The i-fit service is addictive and really pushes me at every workout!
I purchased this on walmart.com because it was less than the cost of purchasing it from proform.com On proform's website, they offer a “free” H10 trainer with the purchase of a 3 year iFIT membership. I'd rather just use the machine without the membership, so it saved me a lot of money. I can always sign up later if I want. Initially, I purchased the protection plan to go along with it, but then decided to return that plan and opted for the 4 year Proform premium maintenance plan, since it seems to be more comprehensive than the Walmart/Allstate protection plan. You can purchase Proform's plan once you take delivery of the elliptical. It goes together pretty easily, but if I had to do it again, I'd run the screws and bolts through the threads before assembling the parts to make sure they don't cross thread or get hung up. Some of them can be really tight.
This thing is built well seems like it is going to last a long while use it 3 to 4 times a week. Would be perfect if it had a built in her rate monitoring.
Great machine. Can put together beasty workouts. I do enjoy iFIT but many/most of the workouts are tuned to treadmills and maybe elipticals. It'd be nice to have some workouts more tuned for the HIIT machines but one adapts.
It's a tough workout. Seems sturdy. The guys that pit it together had the pedals on wrong. Not sure if it was bad directions or what. I expected more range of motion. The Ifit isn't all that for this particular machine in my honest opinion. Should have opted for the mirror instead. That alone deducts a full star possibly even 2 which epild make my eating a 2 instead.
Bought the machine. Was missing parts. Had to pay to get service to fix it. After being fixed still squeaks and makes some noise. Way below expectations.
I bought a brand new pro form hiit h10. It was broke right out of the box Had it a week now and haven't used it once. I have a work order in but have never heard back from the service person that is to contact me to fix it. The parts won't be here for 10 days. What a nightmare. Don't buy. Buyer beware. I have warned you. I didn't listen to the bad reviews and now I have a 250pound paper weight. DONT BUY!!!!
If I could give it zero stars I would, won't send you the parts you need, it stopped working less then a year of having it and it's been the run around ever since!! It's been a nightmare and not worth the hassle! Don't buy this brand
