The sound quality is good and I've had no trouble pairing them with my devices. Ear buds are comfy. I use them while doing chores and moving around the house, and they stay on well. They last way longer then other Bluetooth headphones! They last 14 hours!! That's the best part! They are comfortable, durable and very good sound! Super surprised by these! Now to get my son a pair! These are a must buy! I'm serious they have excellent quality and they stay charged WAY more then others I have purchased!!!

The headphone quality is really good. The battery life is wonderful. The sound quality is great. I have occasionally experienced a failure to connect. I also love the fact you can charge them for 10 minutes and use them for up to 3 hours. Also extremely excited that these headphones can hook up to android and ios devices, as most of us have different devices. This Device comes with extra ear-gels, and data cable. My all time favorite is the retractable headphones. I would highly recommend.
I've been using these for the past 2wks and they work as expected, I get about 10 hrs use before battery gives up. The little external speaker isn't loud enough when I'm outside so I rarely use it. I like that it reads incoming texts, so I don't have to pull it out of my pocket, or grab it out of my truck.

The features were also easy to use and I had no problems. The overall sound is good. It is clear and seems to have a good connection. The only negative in regards to sound is that it is a little boomy, but you can EQ that out. The only other negative is that the ear buds don't fit in my ears the best and sometimes fall out. I love that you can also use these headphones as a speaker around your neck, which is awesome when I am doing work around the house. Overall pretty good headphones.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have wanted wireless headphones so I wouldn't have to be tethered to my phone when listening to audiobooks, and I have been eyeing this particular style of headphones for a while. I love the retractable feature of the earbuds. They retract perfectly every time without fail. There are extra earbud pads in the package so you can get the perfect fit for your ear size. The band rests comfortably on my neck, and after a while I forget I have it on. The sound quality of the earbuds is good for phone conversations or listening to audiobooks, but these are not my go-to for listening to music. They lack the volume and bass I desire for a music listening device. I do like that this particular model has a speakerphone option, but I don't think that I would use it very much. I have tried out the speakerphone, and it works ok. Not really sure why I need speakerphone on a headset when I can just use the speakerphone on my actual phone.The headphones hold a charge for a few hours, and that's plenty since I don't actually talk on the phone a lot. I mostly text. I will probably use these mainly for listening to audiobooks or watching movies on break at work so as not to disturb my coworkers.
I had my old LG headset for years and worked great. I ordered this new one and it frequently disconnects mid call and I'm told I sound muffled and hard to hear on the phone. LG won't let me return it because there's apparently only a 15 day return period
Battery life is terrible. Why would LG take a headset type, compared to previous models that had 14-16 hour battery life, in the same price range, and put a lesser battery in that can barely last 6-7 hours? Also no button to retract earpiece ? The constant yanking on the wire to pull it out, and then yank on it again to retract, is going to wear out much faster.
Only having them for about a month I am very disappointed with these! NO BATTERY LIFE, They do not stay on if you are active! slide all-around your neck! I wish they would bring back there older models
