Very light weight but nicely glazed with thin hard plastic sheet. Sometimes less is indeed more. Mounts well using small 3M Picture Hanging Strips. I put up 30 of these. Two were defective, others were fine. Very easy to mount exact size 12x18. The outer dimension of the frame is about 13x19. Tom
These came in perfect condition. The plastic "glass" is very clear, you wouldn't realize its plastic unless you touched it. The frame itself is quite glossy, I thought they'd be a little more matte/satin, but they still look very good. Excuse the glare on my uploaded picture. In person they look great.
I am quite pleased with these frames. They are straight and sturdy. They are definitely a great value. I am also very happy with how well they were shipped. There were several pieces of Styrofoam wedged around the frames, so that nothing was cracked or dented. It was an extra step that made all the difference!
I have many of these frames and love them! I do jigsaw puzzles, glue and frame them. 20x28 fit perfect. I will be ordering more for sure!! My only criticism is the packaging. They used to come in a rectangle picture frame box. The last 4 or 5 have come in HUGE boxes. I'm attaching photos. The photos were for 1 frame. I miss the photo frame boxes!
What surprised me most is that there is no glass. It is some sort of plastic in place of the glass. I personally really like that. No worry of broken glass and it makes the frame extremely light weight.
This is a basic, inexpensive (compared to thers) poster frame. It looks nice and does the job of protecting the poster. Note that a flat head screwdriver or letter opener or eqivalent will be helpful in popping up the metal tabs that hold the backing in place and in pressing the tabs back down after the backing is removed, the poster inserted, and the backing returned. The backing has both a horizontal and a vertical metal bracket for hanging the poster
well I needed a good size frame. I do diamond painting and I had a pretty big size picture I had done. couldn't find a frame for it. Ran across this and I ordered it. The price was a decent price. Shipped quickly and came secured so it was not damaged. And I was so pleased that it had 2 frames in the package. they had a film over the plastic window so it would not get scratched up on the way when you ordered it. It fit my picture perfectly and I was amazed. How good it looked the black frame makes the picture stand out. it is a poster frame, but works well for others items that you need to frame.
Really nice. I used these for some now worth more money movie posters . But if you drop one like I did be prepared to get another one. Of course I bought another .
Decent and affordable frame picked up in store. Every few years I pick one up to make my mom a new family collage frame with all the kids/grandkids. Attaching a pic with measurements for the mat openings in case anyone would find it useful. Some of the smaller openings were rounded up to the next half measurement for clarity.
I'm not sure why, but both frames were delivered to my door as is with no box or packaging. They were both bent/cracked and almost broken as if someone had thrown them in the truck and thrown more stuff on top of them. All I wanted was a refund and not to have to go through the entire return/exchange process but that's not an option. Wish they took more care in shipping their items, the product itself is great for the price.
