Easy to use, smell really good (like rose)
Really good! This made me skin clear and smooth!
I love LOréal Paris hydrafresh Ive been using this on my face daily its my favourite skin toner. . . But recently ordered one and the bottle that it came in looks so cheap more like a knockoff from the original, Im very upset I want it back in the original bottle. The picture that Walmart has is of the original bottle but when you order it on Walmart.com you receive the cheap bottle. I dont know what LOréal Paris was thinking, they get rid of their stylish original bottle for a cheap bottle. Im searching to see where I can find your original so I can purchase them. I added a picture of the classic original bottle with the cheap bottle below.
It smells nice, but there's a disclaimer on the back of the bottle that says “99% alcohol free” Don't advertise this in large text as “ALCOHOL FREE” if it's not. As someone with dry skin, I can definitely tell the difference
Its not the same bottle or ingredients. Ingredients are no longer pink, the bottle is pink instead, and the refreshing liquid is no longer a refreshing feel, it leaves a thicker gell remnant. Not happy about the change, but that's life.
I've used HydraFresh Toner for years. This purchase I received something completely different. It's not in the same bottle like the one pictured. It's a different shape and definitely a different formula. It's thicker and has a very greasy feel to it. Which is weird because it dries my skin out. Definitely will not purchase this toner from Walmart again!
Just received my orders today, but they are very different from the authentic ones. Please see pictures of the comparisons. It is very easy to spot the difference. Walmart custom service is very good. They said that I can get my refund. I hope Walmart can investigate this product further.
I've been using this product for many, many years, so I had to look on the sheves guite while to recognize the product in it's new rectangular packaging. That's not all that changed, though. The new product has a strong offensive smell that gives me a headache, and it is terribly drying to my skin! in the trash it goes.
What happened to my product!? I've been using this for 20 years and I am severely disappointed with the change in the ingredients. This stuff is now sticky and almost has the viscosity of hand soap. I shook up the bottle and got a bunch of bubbles that sat on top of the fluid for quite some time. This should not have bubbles like handsoap! That's not normal nor is it normal for this liquid to feel sticky. They also added additional fragrance to it and it really overpowers the product. I want the old stuff back. Go complain to Loeral and not Walmart. THIS STUFF SUCKS. I'm so sad. I'll never buy it again unless they change it back. Its total garbage now. Also the liquid is CLEAR and no longer pink. Clear and globulous. GROSS! I love how they try to deceive you by putting it in the pink tinted bottle. NOT COOL. Thanks for the refund Walmart.
I'm now learning that I'm not alone in noticing that the toner that had been purchasing for years was suddenly different one day. I used to love it, but now I don't like the way it feels or performs. The only good to come from that decision was that it pushed me to try a couple store brand versions, and I discovered that they didn't change their formula, and it's much closer to the old product.
